It was Engagement day of Payal ,Akash and Lavanya, Arnav. Payal and Akash was extremely excited. It was a big day for them.

Whole Raizada clan welcomed Gupta family impressively, Anjali took Aarti of Payal and welcomed her inside. With Payal touching all elders' feet, Anjali asked her to take blessing from Shayam as well.
At that whole Gupta family started looking at each other faces. Raizada family was waiting for Payal to proceed further but thank goodness Aman came to their rescue.

Akash was frozen to his place after seeing Payal looking enchanting. They both looked at each other and blushed. Anjali and Khushi both took them to the stage. Now they were waiting for Arnav and Lavanya to start the ritual of engagement.
Khushi was asked to call Lavanya, when she reached her room, Lavanya was looking at herself in mirror dressed in a red designer sari. She was not dressed in same cloth which were decided for her engagement.
Khushi: - Why r u dressed in this sari, why not the dress decided for the engagement, though u r looking exceptionally beautiful in this sari also, did Arnav ji asked you to change this dress as this is his favourite colour. ANSWER ME LAVANYA JI.
Lavanya: - I can't do this Khushi, I don't Love Arnav, I love some one else. I cannot get married to Arnav. It's not right.
Khushi; -what r u saying Lavanya ji, u do not love Arnav ji, but you did so much for him, u changed yourself completely to marry him. So that Nani ji can accept you as his grandson's wife.
Anjali also came to Lavanya rooms by now also Arnav.
Anjali: - why didn't you tell us this before Lavanya, why you let us announce the engagement what will we tell everyone why Chota is not getting engaged today. Chota what is Lavanya saying, did u already know about this.
Arnav: - Yes Di, I know. Lavanya had a boyfriend in Sydney but he wanted to get married. Lavanya was Modern girl and she doesn't wanted to come to a big Indian joint family. She joined my company as she was my old college friend, we started pretending as couple for the media so that paparazzi stop linking me into new scandal every day. That day on Diwali night everyone in the party was raising fingers at Lavanya's character for living in our house without marriage or any relation with everyone. To protect her that day I announced my engagement.

After hearing this Khushi run away from there crying she could not listen more as her heart was broken now.
Everyone gathered down for the ceremony of Payal and Akash, they exchanged rings, our ever so shy Akash could not control his felling of winning her love, He kissed Payal's cheek in front of everyone. After which everyone clapped with whopping sounds and Payal blushed.

Everyone was happy, they congratulated Pay ash, after which Arnav announced that he is not getting engaged today, no one dared to ask reason to ASR and he didn't bother to give any reason as well. All were enjoying the ceremony, Lavanya asked Nani for her forgiveness as well as from the family for hiding truth of Arnav and her relation, Raizada family forgive her as well.
But Khushi was not there in the ceremony hall, she was looking at the stars near the pool side, she was complaining to her parents why all this happened with her.
ASR was searching for Khushi everywhere in the hall, but she was no where to be found, Arnav know Khushi is hurt beyond because of the stunt they played with family and her, and he is will to explain it to her, only if he can find her.
After the ceremony Aman got a call, he went till a gate to get a file. he read a file and came to Arnav asked him to join him to his study. They both entered the study.
Arnav: what happened Aman why you called me here I had something very important to do.
Aman: everything can wait ASR, just read this file.
Aman gave Arnav the file, Arnav opened the file and read the content, as he read through his eyes opened big by the end he sat on the recliner kept in his room.
