All returned from Gupta house with happiness that a right girls is coming to Arnav's life but at the same time remorse for Anjali's life,
Arnav: Nani we have to go back to office now, will come and talk in evening. Nani you always had been very strong backbone of our family, After my mother you are the one we always look up to. Nani I know you are sad because of wrong happened with Di, but think this way that we can't change anything of the past we have to look forward for the future and I m sure Di will have perfect future. We together will make sure of it now. Its Akash happiness which we have to keep now. so please be happy for him, for me.

Arnav: Aman we need to keep a PI behind Shayam all the time, we need to plan his absence also on the marriage day.
Akash: Bhai how will he get to know the changes you made in the ownership of property, why don't you call Mr Roy to home for giving the copy of papers and we can ask Nani to make sure it come in notice of Shayam.

The day went well as they all planned, the deal with Mr. Thapper was done, now he will take care of Shayam. when they returned from home. He remembered that Khushi and Payal will be at there home preparing dance for sangeet ceremony. His heart got excited his fiancé again.
Akash: Bhai today is 31st Dec right, today NK bhai is coming from Sydney for the Marriage.
NK was Akash cousin and very clingy, He irritates Arnav a lot but at the same time he is a gem of a person best photographer AR can have, He was very friendly by nature.

Seeing them together like that somethings burned him inside he couldn't put hand on. as they entered further they are greeted everyone, NK gave a brotherly hug to Arnav and Akash. As Anjali and other family is not aware of Arashi engagement they have to maintain the façade of not being in any relationship. Just then dance teacher suggested couple dances Payal and Akash, Arnav and Khushi and Last Shayam and Anjali. As Arnav was irritated about the closeness of NK and Khushi, said no for the dance outright. He said he don't dance and with Khushi he will not dance at all. Khushi felt hurt by his statement, hence did not talk to him whole evening.
