"Wyatt, gising na!" Chloe called out as she knocked on his door. Lagi naman kasing late itong si Wyatt, and it's been their thing since high school pa.

She opened the door slightly and peeked in. "Hoy, Wyatt! Alam mo, hindi ka naman prinsipe para laging ginigising, ha."

Wyatt groaned, pulling the covers over his head. "Chloe, five minutes pa..."

"Five minutes? Sinabi mo na 'yan kahapon!" Chloe rolled her eyes, pero may maliit na ngiti rin sa labi niya. She stepped closer and tugged on the covers. "Kung hindi ka tatayo, mag-go-good morning kiss na ako!" she teased.

With a dramatic sigh, Wyatt finally sat up, rubbing his eyes. "Okay, okay. Ang kulit mo, Chloe."

She laughed, used to his sluggish mornings. As usual, she knew it would take her persistent reminders and a few playful threats to fully get him out of bed.

As Wyatt finally stood up, Chloe's eyes widened in shock—and embarrassment. Oh my god. There it was—the unmistakable morning flag, proudly up front and center. Chloe instantly looked away, trying to hide her flushed cheeks. Bakit ba parang ako ang nahiya? she thought, pretending to focus on a random spot on the wall.

Wyatt, on the other hand, looked completely unbothered, yawning and stretching his arms without a second thought. Paano ka ba naman 'di mapapatingin, e halos model ang katawan mo, Chloe mused to herself, trying not to let her gaze wander.

She quickly shook the thought away, mentally scolding herself. Hoy, Chloe! Bestfriend mo 'yan simula grade school, huwag kang ganito!

Just then, Wyatt headed to the bathroom, scratching his head, half-asleep. Chloe snuck a quick glance as he walked away, taking in his toned back and shoulders. Ano ba 'to? she thought, half-amused, half-embarrassed.

When he disappeared behind the bathroom door, Chloe let out a sigh of relief, covering her face. Focus, girl. Bestfriend. Yun lang! Or at least, sana...

Chloe waited patiently downstairs, glancing around Wyatt's cozy living room, when his mom, Carmina, walked in with a warm smile.

"Chloe, hija! Thank you talaga for coming over every morning," Carmina said, reaching out to give her a gentle hug. "Hindi ko na alam kung ano'ng gagawin ko sa batang 'yun kung hindi dahil sa'yo."

Chloe grinned sheepishly. "Nako, Tita, sanay na ako. Sa dami ng alarm clock na sinira ni Wyatt, feeling ko ako na talaga ang tunay na 'alarm' niya." They both laughed, sharing a look that only people close to Wyatt could understand.

With a warm nod, Carmina gestured toward the dining room. "Sama ka muna sa amin sa breakfast, anak. Bihira na rin naman tayo magkausap ng ganito, ano?"

Chloe couldn't say no to that. As they settled in, Wyatt's entrance was as dramatic as ever, with a big yawn and messy hair that somehow only made him look even more like a movie star. Standing tall, with broad shoulders and a jawline that could cut glass, Wyatt looked every bit like a young Chris Hemsworth. His golden brown hair fell slightly into his deep, sea-green eyes, and he had that playful smirk that made everyone feel like they were sharing a secret.

Meanwhile, Chloe was like a walking heartbreaker herself, though she'd never admit it. With her thick, wavy hair cascading down her shoulders, a warm smile that could melt ice, and curves that would give Eva Mendes a run for her money, Chloe always had this effortless beauty. Her full 38DD figure often made her feel a bit shy, but Wyatt never seemed to notice—she was just Chloe to him, his best friend since forever.

After breakfast, Wyatt grabbed his car keys, and the two of them headed out to his sleek black SUV, a silent nod to his status as one of the country's most eligible bachelors. He was charming, kind-hearted, and effortlessly handsome, the type of guy every girl dreams about. But to Chloe, he was more than that; he was Wyatt, the boy who once saved her from a rogue spider in the school cafeteria, the friend who never failed to make her laugh.

They drove to work in comfortable silence, with Chloe stealing occasional glances his way. Her heart did a little flip every time she caught sight of his profile. The truth was, she loved her job as his executive secretary, but more than that, she loved working with Wyatt. It made every day feel like a dream, a dream she tried to convince herself to wake up from.

As they pulled up to the office, Wyatt flashed her that familiar smile. "Ready for another day, partner?"

Chloe laughed, gathering her things and feeling her heart flutter as always. "As always, boss. Lead the way."
