A Break In The Daily Routine

Ishimaru's P.O.V: Looking out of the window I realised how beautiful the day really was, I decided that I'd finish my routine for the morning and go outside, 'it would be good to complete some chores in the yard anyway.' I thought to myself while making breakfast.

After maybe an hour I had completed all the chores I needed to do, I know it seemed weird but I was kind of a workaholic, I just really liked to make things neat and tidy, I didn't like leaving things messy or unfinished, I didn't know why though. I just know that it made me comfortable.

Eventually I made my way back inside, I went back upstairs to take a shower to cool down from the hot sun outside, I went into the bathroom and got into the shower, it was nice to get into cold water after being outside for an hour, I thought as I continued to cool of and clean up.

When I got out of the shower I got dressed again and went downstairs, I continued on with my daily routine up to 6pm, since there was nothing to do until later when I'd go upstairs and get ready for nighttime, I just decided to watch some Tv for a while but I never expected to fall asleep so early into the Tv show I was watching, I yawned, rubbed my eyes and fell asleep while on the couch.

I woke up in that same room just like the past two nights, I was really starting to wonder if it was just a coincidence or not now, I started to walk over to the other side of the room before feeling a pair of arms wrap around my waist, I gasped softly before being spun around to look at that stranger again, his lavender eyes staring me deep in mine "Hello again" he said while smiling, I started to blush already and it felt as if a wave of heat hit me

"h-hi" I shyly said before realising that I had just spoke and I was surprised by that, were my dreams becoming more lucid? How did I speak now but I couldn't before? I kept asking myself before the stranger picked me up in a swift motion

"Surprised? I'm sure most of the human population fortunately have the ability to speak, dear" he said softly to me

"I-I know but I h-haven't been able to speak i-in the past two dreams I had with you in th-them.." I told him as I looked at him, my cheeks were getting hotter

"Well then, since you're able to speak now, how about we have a conversation then?" He suggested before placing me down on the bed in the room, sitting down next to me and moving to look in my direction, I looked up at him and crossed my legs, pulling myself further up onto the bed, I don't know why but I was completely ready to talk to this stranger, maybe because I wanted to understand why I was dreaming of him so much.

We started to talk for a little while either way, the conversation was lead into more of the things that I was thinking of, maybe because he was just in my dreams but it did seem like he wanted to know a lot about me which made me smile a little because when most people talked to me they didn't really like to get to know me.

"Um.. So what's your name?" I asked him, he smiled softly while looking away for a second then looked back at me

"My name is Mondo, Mondo Owada, what about you?" He asked me placing his hand on top of mine

"M-My name is Ishimaru Kiyotaka! You can call me Ishimaru or Taka though" I told him as he leaned in a little close, as he started to raise his hand up to my higher back, I moved in closer, "I'm going to call you cute instead" he said before kissing my lips, I blushed more and wrapped my arms around Mondo's neck before I suddenly woke up.

My face was hot as hell and I realised why I had woken up, I looked up at the figure standing above me "Hey L-Leon.." I said raising my hands to my face, feeling the heat radiating from my face to my hands

"Hey, Taka, you good?" He asked me

"Yeah, I'm good" I told him before getting up off of the couch, I looked up at the clock, instead of my usual nighttime it was 12am, I don't think I've actually been awake when Leon was home due to my daily routine, Leon kuwata was basically my roommate, I lived in the same house as him since he was the closest thing I had to a friend especially after I left home, Leon made me an offer to live with him and I took it, I mean he's not a terrible roommate so I was fine with it

"Lemme guess. You've dreamt of a man to take care of you in the bedroom huh?" Leon said in a joking tone, I blushed more and got flustered

"Y-You're so mean!" I yelled out as I walked past him to head to the stairs to make my way upstairs as I heard Leon laughing to himself.

Mondo's P.O.V: I sat on the bed now alone due to Ishimaru waking up, I smiled and laid back down in the bed, I chuckled to myself, 'I think I've found the person I'd want to be with' I told myself before I allowed my eyes to close with that thought playing through my mind, my cheeks gently brushed over with a light pink blush, I turned over on my stomach and soon fell asleep with a slight smile on my face, just waiting for Taka to go back to sleep.

I am actually really excited for this book to continue on, it will get more interesting I promise.

But I still want to thank you all for bearing with me, especially with the slow update time today.
