Chapter 5- Nandos

MICHAEL:

“Hey, can you drive any slower?” I laughed.

“Well Michael, there is traffic in front of us” Luke pointed out sarcastically. Turning to face Calum and Ashton who were laughing, I shrugged my shoulders and laughed with them.

“So, Michael… Who are these girls that are coming with us?” Calum asked. “She’s my next door neighbour, she’s really pretty and she has a great personality too…” Before I could finish the comment, Ashton asked “Is Lowri going?”  I nodded at him.

“As I was saying, she has a great personality and she is bringing two friends with her, so should be fun.” I answered.

The car stopped and we all got out one by one. Luke looked bored as usual, and Ashton kept looking around for the girls. “Hey Ashton, don’t worry they will be here.” I acknowledged as I patted him on the back. We all walked in and sat down at a table.

“So your neighbour…Did she move into your old neighbours house or my old house?” Calum questioned as he looked around Nandos. “Believe it or not, she’s moved into your old house.” I said. Calum nearly choked on his drink after he heard what I said. The boys all quickly stood up, I guess that the girls were here.

“Hello Hayleigh, Lowri and Kyana.” Michael greeted as he hugged us and directed us to our seats. “Hello girls, you’re all looking beautiful.” Ashton said as Luke and Calum nodded their heads to agree. Kyana was staring at Luke, and he was staring back. The room was silent for about 5 minutes.

“So I’m going to go up and order now.” Ashton said as he broke the silence. “I’ll go with you.” Lowri added, quickly getting up from her chair following Ashton.

Me and Hayleigh both looked at them and laughed. “So, which one lives in my old house?” Calum questioned. No one spoke and Hayleigh looked embarrassed. So I decided to answer for her. “Hayleigh”

“Come sit by me.” Calum advised. Hayleigh shuffled down to sit next to him.

CALUM

“I hope you’re looking after my old house.” I whispered with a little chuckle. Hayleigh is so beautiful. Her long blonde hair draped down her shoulders. Her sparkling blue eyes felt as if they lit up the room. I just couldn’t stop staring. Hayleigh laughed. “I am” she added with a little chuckled.

“Luke…Luke! HEY LUKE!” Michael shouted. Luke’s eyes left Kyana’s as he turned to face Michael. “What?!” Luke questioned in anger. “Hey guys calm down” I added.

Ashton and Lowri came back with some drinks. “They will bring the food over soon.” Ashton added as he sat down. Lowri sat down next to him and they started talking.

The food arrived and we all started eating.

“How long have you been here?” I asked Hayleigh. “About 2 months now. It’s really nice here in Australia.” Hayleigh answered.

HAYLEIGH

“Me and the girls are going to go to the toilet we will be back in a minute” I added as me, Lowri and Kyana ran off to the toilets. “Okay, so did this really just happen? Someone pinch me, it might be a dream.” I asked as we entered the toilets. Lowri pinched me. “I didn’t actually mean it.” I gawked as rolled my eyes and started laughing.

“Me and Luke were staring at each other as soon as we arrived. It was like love at first sight…” Kyana added. We all laughed at her.

 “Me and Ashton were having a nice chat at the food bar, we were staring into each other’s eyes and it was perfect.” Lowri bubbled.

“I want to fan girl so bad right now” Lowri and Kyana nodded in agreement. “But we can’t, they might think we are weird. We aren’t like the other fans; we are just average girls who are just crazy in love with them.” I noted. Kyana started to put some lip balm on and got a packet of mints out of her bag and offered us one. We all sorted our hair out and put some sparkly lipstick on.

MICHAEL

“They are really nice girls. Michael commented.

“I think I’m in love…” Ashton smiled whilst staring at the bathroom door waiting for them to come out.

“What’s’ that little blonde girls name again?” Luke asked. “Kyana” I answered. “Yeah, that’s it. She seems cool and she is really pretty.”  Luke finished.  

“Hayleigh…is just perfect, I mean wow…” Calum added. “Yeah, I agree with you.” I commented. All the boys quickly looked at me. “What?” I asked. “We can’t both have the same girl Michael, she’s mine.” Calum added. “No Calum, if it wasn’t for me you wouldn’t know her.” I noted. Calum stood up from his chair. “Mate, I don’t care…she is…”

“Hello boys…What’s going on?” Hayleigh asked. Calum walked over to Hayleigh and put his arm around her “Nothing, we are all leaving now to go and record, you want to come with us?” Calum asked, staring into her eyes. Hayleigh look at me. “Yeah, do you to come with us?” Ashton questioned

“Yeah, I’m sure the girls wouldn’t mind.” Hayleigh added looking at the girls.

“No we don’t mind” Lowri said nudging Kyana who was staring directly at Luke. “Sure…” She answered.

 We cleared the tabled and exited Nandos.

Luke and Kyana looked as if they were having a deep conversation and so did Lowri and Ashton. But Hayleigh and Calum were just staring into each other’s eyes. Calum whispered to Hayleigh. “You’re mine.” Loud enough so that I could here, I looked at him and rolled my eyes.
