With Albus Dumbledor dead professor McGonagall finally takes him out of the dursley's after telling them that she saw how they treated Harry so McGonagall takes harry to another living relative Wanda Maximoff in James and Lily's will's it said that Wanda was a family friend and Harry's Auntie it was like before they were killed they knew how the Dursley's would treat Harry so McGonagall turned her Robes into Muggle clothes and took Harry to New York City

"welcome to Avengers Tower Harry" Wanda Said smiling
