It's a pepper-up potion it cures common colds and hangovers the side effect is that literal steam comes out the drinkers ears

Ok cool *drinks it and steam comes out her ears* well that was new

After Everyone drank their potions and having the same side affects as Natasha everyone felt better but they also felt guilty for having a party on the Anniversary of Harry's parents death the only downside Natasha only knew is pietro is James Potter and Wanda is Wanda potter
