" This photo and video are taken on the same day when these all happened with my client if your honour  you look behind the old  lady ,

then you will see my client is standing away from miss sasha and in other photo you will see she fall by herself,

and if you see the Vedio then you will clearly see in background that my client arjun singhania and sasha talking with each and then she suddenly fall from the cliff infact my client try to hold her hand but can't and   this video is not morphed as it aprroved by the forensic doctors, i am telling all these while submitting the attach documents in court ,

Suddenly my opponent stands up and said " If he didn't kill then who is the real murderer of sasha or are you trying to say she commited sucide  "

" Miss malini I am sorry to say that but I am lawyer and  not a police officer so it's not my duty " she look at me angerily and sit down ,

In whole court proceedings I never look at arjun for once because I know if I look at him my  confidence will vanished in the air ,

" So your honour these  all evidences  which I already  submitted in the court prove that my client mr arjun singhania is not guilty"

Judge look at me and smile , I know this is appreciation smile I smiled at  him too and then  sit down at my place but  suddenly my opponent stands again and look at me with attitude and starts telling ,

" We accept your all witnesses and evidences and I must say you done a good job miss kavya in this tender age  but what about arjun singhania who himself accepting his crime "

She look at me and I starts thinking what should I do now , I can clearly see and hear discussion  inside the court , and his family looks upset all of sudden my eyes goes on arjun ,

who is only stareing at me angerily , his eyes looks so scary and the way he look at me looks like he will ready to kill me anymoment  but I immediately removed my eyes from him and i starts thinking but again my opponent asking the same thing ,

" I think you don't have any answer miss kavya " she tell me all these with mischievous smile ,

Then something popped into my mind by looking at the law refrence books which is kept on a table I smiled at my opponent and then starts telling the court ,

" Miss malini first of all thank you so much for your appreciation as you already said so many time from first day of trial that I am lack of experience because it is my first case which is true ,

But I think you are quiet experience  in all these court proceedings so  according to the law books which I read recently ,

show that court only accepts evidence and only evidence  and I think I have submitted enough evidence to prove that my client arjun singhania is not guilty ,

And about the fact that  he accepted his crime so according to me maybe he is in guilt because he can't protect his girlfriend  or maybe just someone forced him to accept the crime,

Everything can happen in this world but as everybody know that court always consider evidence so your  honour that's it from my side thank you so much  " I said all these and sit down  on my place ,

Everybody is claping for me and I heard lots of appreciation for me from everyone ,

But what makes me most happy when I listen rita aunty  telling ,

" see meera and raj I told you that this girl is so intelligent ,and she will definitely win this case and  now see just because of her  my son will come out from the jail may God bless this angel "
