Katie thought that she would take midnight to a show. Jumping and doing dressage. They trained every day very hard.
It came to the big day, (the competition day) Katie was so nervouse! They had a run over their routine. Then Caitlin loaded midnight up for Katie. Caitlin drove the horse box and Katie stood in the back comforting midnight.
They finally got to the show and saw their competitors. Katie got even mor nervous. She said, "I'm scared!"
Caitlin said, "don't worry. You'll win!"
Katie's first competition came up. She walked in and remembered her dressage show of when she was little 'she fell of her horse and broke her neck in 3 places' but she still carried on. She done her routine and waited for the results.
She found out the results. They went from 3rd place to 2nd place to 1st place. The judge pronounced, "3rd place is... Anna and mystery! 2nd place is... Lola and rusty!
The winner is ..................... KATIE & MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!!!" Katie was gob smacked, speechless and she started to cry.
Caitlin ran in and helped her with the trophy she put a rosette on Katie and a band on her saying winner and flowers around midnights neck.
Katie had to do her next competition a jumping one. She went over all of her jumps but knocked one down. She waited for the results and the judge said, "3rd place goes to... Jo and Joe! 2nd place goes to..,,... Kate and Dan! The winners have drew..... Katie and midnight with Caitlin and jack." Katie shouted, "Caitlin I didn't know you were doing a competition and this one! At least we both won!" They got their winner prizes and went home.
