NINA PETERS
nina hadn't slept in 3 days. she was living off of coffee and bagels. unfortunately, she wouldn't sleep tonight either.
the capital forced nina into strict business.
nina won the hunger games when she was 18. now, she was 21, and she had no other choice than to let the capital sell her body.
she had no family. it was her fault her father died when she refused to become a prostitute. her mother died giving birth to her. and her older brother had been taken away. she didn't know if he was alive or not.
she didn't know why she was still alive. she had everything; a family and friends. but now, she has absolutely nothing.
and it was all her fault.

FINNICK ODAIR
finnick, 22, was mentally and physically tired. he would have to mentor this years 72nd Hunger Game tributes from District 4, and he was tired of watching kids die when he could've prevented it.
he never had time to himself anymore. between the hunger games and taking care of annie, he had capital business.
he was forced into this business when he was only 16.
he was the sexiest man to the capital, and the youngest person to ever win the hunger games. he was pretty popular, and he hated it. he wanted to be normal.
but living in the world they lived in, normal was practically impossible.

NINA AND FINNICK
the two were both on their way to the capital to meet new clients. they wouldn't talk, but they would send small smiles to each other. nina was insecure about her reason for being in the capital. and finnick was nervous nina knew why he was.
though, both of them knew the reason why the other would be covered in purple marks and scratches when they'd return to the train station.
