Chapter 6

3rd Pov

The Kansen were screaming at the sudden turn of events. Each one of them having various reactions at the two being suddenly eaten by Cetus, all except for one, with hair white as snow and six tails of similar coat. The loss of her sister made her go berserk.

Blue flames suddenly bursts from her being as the shockwave of power knocked the other girls away from her, and on her place stood a fox of gargantuan size with six swaying tails, each tip burning brightly with blue flames and spectral blue warplanes started flying from two ethereal blue carrier runways that resembles a thin scarf blowing in the wind.

With a loud cry, she ran towards Cetus with every fiber of her being screaming bloody murder with the intent on killing said creature, warplanes started firing at it but did little to no damage as the hide of Cetus cannot be harmed through normal means.

Cetus retaliated by trying to pulverize it's enemy using it's tentacles, only to be swiftly dodged by Kaga. As she got close enough, she tried to bite only to be slapped away by a smaller and faster tentacle.

The hit was strong enough to lift her off the surface of the water, luckily she managed to land on her feet and once more sprinted at Cetus for another attack.

In her wild attempts at attacking Cetus, she didn't notice it's mouth shaking, as of it has something within in that is struggling. Another tentacle broke the water's surface and hit her on the abdomen, making her recoil in pain and fall ungracefully on the water.

As she struggles to stand up, she finally noticed Cetus' mouth shaking more that before. A loud grunt was heard by everyone, causing them to widen their eyes in surprise and awe as Dante slowly pried Cetus' mouth open with one hand, while the other is carrying Akagi who finally realized her situation.

As she clung for dear life, her eyes tells a different story. In her perspective, she was saved by a knight in red, said knight has a devilish charm as he continued to smile with glee even if their situation is quite perilous.

Dante: Well now, before you ask anything. I need to get you down first, then we can talk.

He winked as Akagi nodded dumbly at him. With one last grunt, Dante finally pried Cetus' mouth open wide enough for the two of them to jump down. Dante summoned Chevalier below him and rode it back to shore where the rest of the girls were waiting with a now reverted Kaga.

As they reached land. Dante quickly got off Chevalier with Akagi still in her arms and laid her down next to who he assumes is his sister... The tails gave it away.

Dante: Winter and Spring, hah. Somehow I can't help but feel like someone got very lazy and horny at the same time.

They didn't understand what bullshit he spoke, to which he ignored completely and faced a now desperate Cetus.

Dante: Tough crowd, well then. I have to deal with you quickly now.

Summoning the double Kalina Ann. Dante hoisted both on his shoulders and pulled the triggers, now instead of firing a single shot as how the girls expected, a barrage of homing missiles fired from both barrels and blasted Cetus.

Everyone watching Dante had their mouths agape at what they saw, sure they have seen Rocket Launchers used by ground troops, but this, this has taken their expectation and ground pounded it six feet under.

Chunks of flesh flew from Cetus' belly and landed on the water, dyed it red, and chunks floated on the surface.

Cetus roared in pain and tried to retaliate, only for it's tentacles to be obliterated by both Kalina Ann merged into one. Creating a longer and deadlier Kalina Ann thanks to Dante pumping it with Demonic energy.

Using Trick, Dante teleported right over Cetus holding a glowing Devil Sword Dante which formed ethereal red blades around him. Switching into Sword Master style, Dante hacked and slashed at Cetus' head, with each swing followed up by an ethereal red blade to deal more damage.

Another set of tentacles emerged from below and tried to swat Dante away, only for Dante to switch immediately to Trickster with the swords and dodged the incoming threats by using multiple Sky Star and Air Tricks.

Switching to Ebony and Ivory, Dante Tricked above Cetus again and unleashed a barrage of bullets using Rain Storm.

Bullets pelted it's head and started to slowly turn it's skin into mush. Dante dodged a tentacle and resumed firing at Cetus' head, slowly but surely damaging the brain and making it move sluggish.

Holstering both guns, Dante Tricked up high and brought out his sword and switched to Sword Master style. Summoning a trick pad on his feet, he pushed himself off it and flew towards Cetus like a rocket.

He pointed his blade out and with a scene straight out of an anime, Dante delivered a single slice with enough fore to cleave Cetus in half from head to tentacle.

He landed on a Trick Pad and admired his latest glory kill, sure he has killed far larger and stronger opponents. But seeing a giant like Cetus fall makes his funny bones tickle.

As he turned around, Cetus' body started to dissolve into a ball of concentrated demonic energy and floated right on the palm of Dante, who only smirked as the new weapon slowly formed around his body.

As the light enveloped him, rough shapes started to form on his feet, back and arms.

On his feet appeared what seems to be a pair of ice skates, only with a grey and white color scheme, similar to that of a Great White shark. On his back formed a dorsal fin with small holes and the same color scheme, and lastly. The ones on his arms formed a head of a shark, the lower jaw on his left and the upper jaw on his right. Armored pads appeared on his forearms and once he touched it, it felt rough going to one side, while smooth on the other.

Dante: Not bad, not bad at all.

He jumped off from the Trick Pad and landed on the water, instead of sinking however, he floated on the surface like a Kansen. He glides on the water with grace and beauty of an ice skater and once mid air, he delivered an axe kick which sent a torrent of demonic infused water forward.

He punched with his right, and a similar yet larger glob of water fired out and he noticed that he can control how far and how strong a single shot can be. He then flicked his arms and a singular fin-shaped blade emerged from the sides of his forearms. He went through a couple of stances and fighting styles until he tried out diving.

As he dove, a face gear appeared on his face which supplied him with oxygen and he positioned his body into a more streamlined shape, allowing the dorsal fin on his back and fins on he forearms to control his direction.

He felt a tug from his back and without any hesitation, poured some demonic energy to it and the fin shot out balls of condensed demonic energy that acts similar to a torpedo.

With him done with testing, he swam back to the beach where each girl has an awestruck look on their faces, each varying from another, but universally all at awe.

Letting Cetus dematerialize, Dante casually walks over to a still stunned Akagi and smiled.

Dante: That was certainly one way to meet, but I hope you aren't traumatized by that.

He then stood up straight and with a shit eating grin present on his face, he bowed and reintroduced himself.

Dante: Well, seems like a reintroduction is required. Hello, I am Dante, your resident Demon Hunter.

But before he could realign himself, he was tackled to the ground by a certain fox with hearts in her eyes.

Akagi: My Husband~

Dante was stunned at first but his usual attitude came to the rescue.

Dante: Well, I guess I just invented speed marriage.
