Damirae - A Whole New World

Chapter 3 - A little bit of inside

I know I haven't updated for a long time but I am back for good. Hopefully, this chapter has some heavy stuff which will reveal a lot about what might be going on with our heroes.

Titans tower:

"Sooooo...... now the justice league suspects there is a bigger threat coming our way?". Last couple of weeks have been easy for the heroes, and Batman suspects that it's the silence before the disaster. He is planning to send many heros undercover including Nightwing.

Wally seems to be overly confused by the amount of weird information and decisions coming their way from the justice league. "So they want you to go undercover to figure all of this stuff out" nightwing sighs "now exactly, like I said they think there is a bigger threat to the heroes and the world so they want to put some of us out of the rader to have a higher chance of counter attack".

Nightwing tries to explain his plan to go undercover and how this whole plan will affect the decisions made by the titans in the near future. "Look... while I am gone Donna is incharge as always but I want the team to not take any big decisions which could potentially blow our under cover plan". The conversation didn't seem to end soon as the whole team is now busy debating over what is happening in the near future.

League of Shadows base:

"Our plan will work... we just need to have patience" Ra's Al Ghul speaks to none other than The Secret Society of Supervillains. Their plan to take over the world this time seems much more planned and rooted.

"We know, we are here just to inform you of our deal. As per the plans in next couple weeks there must be small attachments to the members of Justice league and their sidekicks--" Vandal Savage tries to intimidate Ra's but that isn't enough. "-- I know that, and everything will go as planned so it would be better if you focus on your side of the plan" With this reply Ra's ends the call.

"So this is the plan we are going to use?..." Ra's turns around to see Talia standing there. " Then what we help them concur with this planet and we work under them?"

"No my Daughter; there are bigger plans I have for them" Ra's statement wasn't enough to convince Talia. "And what exactly are we trying to do here? All I see is that we are letting them take the lead. Father, our idea is to make the world a better place by providing it a reset. Secret Society doesn't care at all about the world, ones they win they will fight with each other for the same throne. They will go as far as destroying the land they are trying to rule... they are idiots who don't understand that you don't destroy the place you are trying to rule and especially you don't destroy the place you live on."

Ra's just chuckles, he sees that her daughter is taking a very keen interest in his plans for the future of this planet. "Daughter I know your concerns and these people won't be able to rule the planet as a team and will get into an inside war... But you see daughter The strongest person in a Kingdom is the King/ Queen while... a kingdom can be over throned by the chief advisor of the King/ Queen." This response stille doesn't seem to satisfy Talia's demand for a proper plan where she belongs in this future world. " I am the advisor's daughter, these people act like the ones making the call but all the acts done in this plan are mine... I make them think it's their doing while in actuality it is mine. Once we overthrow the Justice League and their alias, we will begin to eat their kingdom from the inside without them even noticing." Talia nods this seems to be enough for now. " Ok father as you plan, I was here to inform you about plans and that I had attacked the Teen Titans as per our plan". Ra's smiles "Wonderful my daughter, go ahead and plan more of these attacks as per the plan" With this Talia leaves. While Ra's gets busy with his plan for the league's future.

Batcave:

Oracle types on the computer trying to find a pattern in this recent random but not so random attack. "Have you found something?" Batman enters the cave from Wayne Manor with two cups of coffees in his hands and places one on the table for Barbra. "No others say that there is no pattern between them and it's just a coincidence but I am still positive there is something big... What do you say?" Bruce thinks for a while sipping his coffee a couple of times before answering, "I do believe there is something bigger and I also believe that these small attacks from Talia and her goons are just the tip of the iceberg and that there is someone else also involved with the Ra's league... Don't worry take a break, we will figure this out sooner or later" Bruce walks away to work on the batmobile and Barbra goes back to the computer and all you can hear in the batcave is the sound of clicking keys and tools being worked on the batmobile.

Wayne Manor:

The kitchen is filled with delicious smells of the dishes that Alfred has cooked for the justice league. As calls for everyone to be at the dining table and brings the dishes there as well. " So what's the plan with the Ra's League... and their small attacks" Clark said trying not to spill food on his shirt. "We don't have enough information yet to make any statements but I still believe our hypothesis about the Ra's League will be correct." Bruce replies in a stern voice. "So until then what are we supposed to do?... I mean we just rest, chill over here while there we get enough information to make any big moves?" Diana asks in between her sips of the delicious soup she is enjoying. "I know it seems strange but yes, if we make any big moves right now it can cause bigger disasters so the best answer is to figure out what is Ra's deal." Bruce replies and everyone goes back to the delicious food, Flash still asks a quick good question "So... What exactly are we doing to get this information?" Bruce just gives his signature smirk and says "we have a person who have inside access and a lot more information about the league than even I do" he takes another bites and speaks again answering a question which he knows will be asked next "but the person cannot be just sent to the League of assassins base it will take some time, or else we might lose our element of surprise". After this Clark changes the subject of conversation and everyone basically enjoys the dinner without worrying about other things for now.

SO I know I have been late to update... I kinda got busy and forgot about the book but I seem to be back and hope to update faster than last time (weekly hopefully).

I know there was no Damian and Raven in this chapter and also this chapter is raising some questions but I just want you guys/girls to know it is on purpose.

I would love some feedback on what you like or dislike and if I can improve in anything. I know I am not a great writer but I hope you guys cut me some slack.

In the End I hope you enjoy my work. Support our Damirae ship and spread awareness about it to others especially to the creators of the DC. Also sign the petitions as spreading awareness and making it popular is the only way to make it work.

Also go and buy the Damirae Zine, It is seriously much more worth than Recent comics from DC. And as per the reports near the future of Damirae in comics seems none, I am not planning to spend a penny on the "Teen Titans academy" as the reports seems to be a lot bland but if you like it sure. In the end keep your hopes up and think positive, We will make Damirae come back in the official media.
