Chapter 2 - New Identity

Raven's POV:

"What happened to him? Why is he calling himself Ian? Does he remember me or anything before the flash ran into white?" I mumbled to myself as I walk back and forth in my room. These memories, what is he up to?

Nobody's POV: inside the interrogation room

"Ian, I am going to ask you simple questions... if you answer truthfully than you are in the safe zone." Batman walks in with Nightwing. Damian nods "good... so who are your parents?" Batman walks to his face

"I don't know"

"what were you doing..."

Outside the interrogation room 2 hours later

Batman walks out with Nightwing, "he seems to be innocent... justice league is busy with their missions in outer space" Nightwing chimes in "we will deal with him, he stays in the Teen Titans tower"

"you are trusting him too much dick you should not trus-" Dick cuts of Batman saying "you trusted us... what he needs is a chance to improve himself. We can bring him out of the dark life and give him some light" Batman walks out saying "be careful Dick, your team your decisions"

"wait, he is staying in the TEEN TITANS tower... you said with you than why not in the TITANS tower?"

"Because we have some missions to take care off which also includes court of owls"

"but still why is my team responsible for him?"

"it will be fine... ok now I have to leave, contact me if you need help... and trust him"

While Dick and Tim are going back & forth. Raven enters Damian's room, "Damian" he turns around to see Raven walking up to him and hundreds of thoughts are coming in his mind. A big smile comes on his face which he tries to hide by looking away.

Damian asks with a confused look "Hey... do I know you?"

"yes, Damian do you remember me?"

"my name is Ian, actually"

"What no no no, YOU are DAMIAN, remember are last memory Flash running to clear the timeline our kis-" Damian cuts her off by saying "hey look my name is Ian, and I don't know what you are talking about... I think you miss understood me for someone else"

Raven is shocked to hear his love say that to her. "does he not remember me? Why is he calling himself Ian? What about are last moments together"

Tim enters behind Raven "hey you two know each other?"

"NO" Raven whispers walking away hiding her tears under her hood.

1 week later

Damian is getting used to this so-called new life as a Teen Titan, he is being trained by Teen Titans & Titans to become a better person. He doesn't agree to officially join the team or even become a hero.

"Ian, you have been doing wonderful at training and also good into getting a normal life" Tim walks in on Damian training.

"Thanks... how come you get time today?"

"I was here to ask you if you want to join us on your first mission, we can give you an identity... have you thought of a name for yourself?"

"I told you before I am not sure about this heroic life... plus I wasn't supposed to be here I was-" Tim cuts him off "I know just join us for this mission if it goes well than you can decide... how about that?"

"Fair enough" Damian said smirking

At the location

Upon arriving Damian realizes that it's a League of Assassin's base that they are here to raid. Tim tells everyone the plan. "Ian you stay behind me and Raven... Conner & Gar go to east opening and cause a distraction, while they are attacking from east Cassie & Jaime will do a surprise attack from the west side?"

Everyone nods and they take their places. Conner & Gar successfully attack from the east and Cassie & Jaime are not far behind with their enemies either. The problem occurs when Tim was busy collecting the data of League's servers, Raven and Damian were giving him cover. Suddenly out of nowhere open fire starts at the three.

"STAY BACK" Raven yells alerting the two. She creates a force field which stops the bullets but then come a gas bomb. Tim & Damian covers their noses but Raven fails and gets infected causing her to lose consciousness.

Their force field disappears as Raven falls to ground but Damian runs to catch her as Tim is yelling at him to take cover. Damian just makes in time to catch falling raven and carries her to a safer location. Tim is busy fighting a lady.

"Raven wake up, Rachel... can you hear me" Damian tries to wake unconscious Raven up. "Rae don't do this now; the team needs you... come on wake-up Rae"
