Chapter Eight - The Blood for the Empire

It's been a year since Vixus slained Emperor Kaizer in the NIGHT OF THE NIRVANEAN LIBERATION. Through Vixus's bravery and strength , the Nirvaneans have finally able to forge their own civilization. Unlike it's predecessors, the Nirvani have enlisted many offsprings of the Nirvanean clan to the militia defense forces so that they can counteract with the possible invasion of the Tiberials. In spite of having limited soldiers , the Nirvaneans trained themselves with archery and swordsmanship from the battle educators of Heinstein. Heinstein is kingdom outside Nirvani Which is populated with various education ministers , including the barons of art and literature , high lords of the criminal justice. Under the approval of Magistrate Sire Helvins , the education ministers have selected Daufd Folders as the king of Nirvani as he proven himself the strongest at the battle for the King's crown trial. The Nirvanean civilization apparently recovered from the invasion of the Tiberials.

Now the main question is where's the savior of Nirvani ? The boy who liberated the Nirvaneans from the tyrannic emperor Kaizer ? Nobody knows where he went.

Meanwhile on the abandoned jungle , the chief of Garubindas clan watch the unarmed combat of two warriors both at the same age of fifteen years. Vixus standing on the sandy ground, clenching his fists to intimidate his fearless adversary , who is the son of the chief. Both Vixus and his enemy were covered with bruises . The match will end either with Vixus lying down on the ground or his opponent. Vixus run towards his enemy and hit him on three ribs , causing him to falling down. However his adversary punched his left knee to stand still which prevented him from falling. Before the adversary attack Vixus, Vixus push his body weight against the adversary , making the adversary to fall down. The tribe roar with glory of Vixus's battle as Vixus put his opponent on the ground. The chief become impressed of Vixus's victory and nodded . His nephew, the adversary remained surprised to be defeated at the hands of a boy. On behalf of his courtesy, Vixus pull up his opponent from the ground and shake his hand for a fair fight.

The chief conducted the feast of Ramandas , instructed his wives to perform the traditional Garubindas dance. Vixus drink the water of the coconut to refresh himself from the fatigue . For some time , Vixus remained seated on the table while the tribe begin to wear their traditional Garubindas masks made of harden slab of woods. The chief arrives the table and tell ancient stories about the old folklore of Garubindas of how they fought a war with their rival tribe , The Perusaudiam. They were known for cannibalism, looting drifters from different kingdoms and even perform illegitimate mating on deceased corpses regardless of gender. The chief of Garubindas also told that they were once peaceful tribe . They all were corrupted under the influence of a forbidden artifact. The artifact didn't originated from their world. It was rather something from outer world. The other tribe members considers these folklore nothing more than myth. But the chief assures that it isn't the myth. The chief also shared a tale about the clash of the Garubindas and Perusaudiam. During the night time, the chief lost eleven daughters who broke the traditional Garubindas Maiden code of not roaming outside the abandoned jungle at night. The hostile tribe greeted the chief with the severed body parts of each daughter with their cult-ish mark. The chief became very furious and waged war against the Perusaudiam tribe before they abduct more feminine members of Garubindas. It was a very strategic war which came at cost of both tribes losing their members. However the Garubindas tribe emerged victorious. The remaining clan members of Perusaudiam flee as they were outnumbered. The last time the chief saw them is that they went on a tunnel which includes a maze. Vixus listen to the chief's folklore to learn the history of Ancient tribe. Vixus asked the chief about the forbidden artifact. But the chief could not recall of when was the last time he saw the artifact as it was a old tale. When all tribe members went to sleep , Vixus wake up and ready to leave the tribe behind. Vixus packed up his belongings and proceed to walk outside the hut.
