Quidditch and Meeting Hagrid

Today are quidditch tryouts and I'm not gonna lie I'm kinda nervous. I'm currently walking with Harry to the quidditch field.

We finally arrived after what felt like forever of walking. "Nervous?" Harry asked me. "Not really, Im just excited to be the best Gryffindor chaser the Gryffindor house has ever seen." I said confidently. "Confident are we." He said with a laugh. " Confidence is my key to success Harry." I said. Bianca Snape, Draco Malloy and Adrian Pucey walked up to us. "Good luck today Weasley, like I said don't get to comfortable." She said as she walked by. "She really sets me off." I said to Harry. "Don't pay attention to her." He said.

"hey sis—"

"—you're gonna kill"

"it out there today." The twins said finishing each other's sentences.

"Thanks guys." I said with a smile.

Harry pov

Me, Oliver Wood, Fred,George, y/n, And Katie bell were waiting for the Slytherins to be done there tryouts I could hear y/n whisper something from next to me, just then Bianca, and Draco almost fell off there brooms, she must have used the "Confundence charm}" on them.

"Nice job." I whispered to her.

"They deserved it." She said

Finally it was Gryffindors turn. We all glided out on the field. Oliver wood was yelling commands out at us from all directions. I was so confused.

Tryouts was over and I'm proud to announce that I am the new Gryffindor chaser. We were walking back to the common room to get ready for class when a Slytherin walked up to us. "Nice job out there Weasley." Bianca Snape said. "I know a Confunduce Charm when I see one." Malfoy said. "My father will hear about this!" He said as they walked off.

"y/n! You can't be doing stuff like that, you could get expelled." Hermione sternly said to me.

"Come on Hermione, it's fun to break the rules once in a while." I said to her.

"Yeah, besides it was hilarious." Harry said

We walked into the common room and saw Ron sitting on the couch. "Come on Ron we have to get ready for class." I said. "Fine." He said

We walked out of the portrait hole and we walked down to Hagrids hut. I'm excited to meet the famous Hagrid they talk about all the time. We arrived at Harris's hut were he was waiting for us. He took us into the forest.

"Less taking and turn to page 349." He said

"Exactly how do we do that?" Malfoy asked sassily.

" Stroke the spine of course." Hagrid said as he walked off.

We formed a group, as Hermione started talking "I think they're funny." She said.

"Oh yeah, terribly funny, really witty god this place has gone to the dogs, wait till my father hears that Dumbledore has this oaf teaching classes." He said meanly.

The other Slytherins laughed

"Shut up Malfoy." Harry said as he walked up to him.

"Ooo" Malfoy and his little goons laughed.

They walked closer to each other.

"D-dementor dementor!!" Draco yelled

We all turned around to see nothing

The Slytherines laughed as they pulled there hoods up and mocked the dementors. I grabbed Harry's arm and pulled him the other way as I turned around and gave Draco a glare. Neville came up to us with ripped clothes and the book in his hand. "You're supposed to stroke it." Ron said to Neville.

Hagrid cleared his throat as we all turned to him. A beautiful Hippogriff stood with him.

"Tada!" Hagrid smiled. "Isn't he beautiful?" Hagrid asked with a huge smile. "Say hello to Buckbeak." He said.

"Hagrid exactly what is that?" Ron asked.  "That Ron is a Hippogriff. First thing you wanna know about them is that they are very proud creatures very easily offended, you do not wanna insult a Hippogriff it may just me the last thing you ever do." Hagrid said "Now..." He said clapping his hands. "Who'd like to come and say hello?" He asked

I didnt notice everyone backing up neither did Harry. Until Ron pulled my arm back into the crowd. Harry was the only one standing.

"Well done Harry." Hagrid said. "Well done." He said again.

Harry looked behind him and noticed all of us had backed up.

Harry pov

Ron pushed me forward a little bit. I walked towards the Hippogriff carefully.

"You have to let him make the first move." Hagrid said, "Step up and do a nice bow. Then wait see if he bows back, if he does you can go pet him." Hagrid said.

I bowed to the Hippogriff and waited to see if it bowed back. Buckbeak bowed and I stepped forward and pet it gently. "Ok then." Hagrid said as he lifted me in the Hippogriff. Before i could say anything the Hippogriff flew away with me on it back.

It felt great flying over Hogwarts. I lifted my hands out and yelled. It felt good. After about 5 minutes we were back on solid ground.

I hopped off the Hippogriff and walked back to the crowd.

"Your not so dangerous now are you." Draco said as he walked over to the Hippogriff

Buckbeak scratched Draco . "It's killed me, It's killed me." Draco said as he later in the ground. I could help but laugh a little.

"Hagrid he needs to go to the hospital wing." Hermione yelled.

Hagrid took Draco to the hospital wing.

"He deserved that," Harry said. "He really did, but now Bianca's gonna kill us." Ron said

"She doesn't scare me." I said
