Xiaos sitting on the couch eating almond tofu while watching a video about the Yakashas, hes yelling at it though, because of how wrong some of the stuff it. You go in to make sure hes okay

Y/n: Xiao? Why are you yelling

You sit next to him

Xiao: One, shouldnt you be used to this? Two, These Yakasha videos are stupid. I dont know why you stupid mortals watch this stuff

Y/n: Well, us "stupid mortals" dont exactly know whats true about you guys and whats not so..

Xiao: Oh, i guess thats true, by the way, i wasnt calling you stupid, the other mortals are stupid though

Y/n: Thank you

You laugh and hug him, he flinches a little and hesitates but hugs you back softly

Y/n: Why are you so soft when it comes to me? Youre normally pretty aggressive

Xiao: Shut up..

Y/n: Oh, uh okay then..

You get up to go back to your guys room

Xiao: Its because i dont wanna hurt you dumbass..

You giggle and look at him

Y/n: You arent gonna hurt me babe

You walk off and Xiao smiles a little

Dates to Wangshu Inn! 

(Basically ive had this sit here for a while so youre just gonna get a description of what happened) You and Xiao went to Wangshu Inn, he got Almond Tofu, while you got f/d (fav dish), you guys talked for an hour or so and headed back home, where you guys cuddled and you teased Xiao

He confessed fast and disappeared right after out of embarrassment

This was before yall started dating obviously, you and Xiao were really good friends after running into him while on walk outside, he was sitting near a river (probably thinking about his lost friends) and you saw him.

A few months after yall met, you went to your place to find a letter saying "come to the river, i need to tell you something-Xiao" ofc you went and saw him there

Y/n: Hey, whatd you need me for?

Xiao: Um.. 

Y/n: Are you okay? Arent you normally mad?

Xiao: Shut up! Look uh

You look at him confused

Xiao: God, i like you okay?

Y/n: H-huh-

Xiao realizes what he said and disappeared

You sigh and just go back home thinking about what he said, you liked him too but didnt know he also liked you

You dont hear from him for a few days until you hear a knock at your door, and you open it to see Xiao looking away with a little blush on him

Xiao: Sorry for running from the whole thing..

You laugh and hug him, he flinches a little but hugs back gently

Y/n: Here, come inside

Xiao comes inside and you both sit on the couch

Y/n: Well, for starters, thank you for coming back and not just leaving me without giving you a response

Xiao: I wouldnt do that..

You giggle and continue 

Y/n: I wouldnt put it pass you, but my answer is that i also like you

Xiao looks at you and smiles a little, you hug him and he hugs back, and ofc yall got together
