Everypony was injured but they didn't need to go to the emergency room. All families were reunited. The mane six's families came to the party to celebrate just because they were relived to know that they were okay and wanted to show how proud they are.

Twilight Sparkle: Me too mom, I'm glad everything is back to normal and everypony is safe.
Nightlight: But most importantly you're safe. And you have a big day tomorrow.
