[A/N]: If you haven't watched Toy Story 1 - 3 you might be a bit confused, but I have faith you at least know what they're about. These movies are why I love cowboys so darn much. I promise there is a reason behind all this Woody shenanigans. ;)

[----]

A few days had passed since I had posed my inquiry, and it was becoming increasingly obvious that the way Dell had reacted was not just for funsies. I noticed the bonding we had was genuine, and he was enjoying my company just as much as I was his. We'd spent the rest of Tuesday cooking together, and he was teaching me how to cook things outside of just pasta and salad. Wednesday was spent with us grocery shopping, since he needed more meat than I had in my fridge, and I treated him to some local beer. Thursday, I let him putter away at his blueprints while I worked furiously on my report, but we enjoyed a rather interesting evening of watching TF2 meme music videos together – he not-so-humbly praised Texas Style and Erectin' Gear.

Today was Friday, and I had decided to plan a special movie night for us. That's right, I wanted to show him the complete Toy Story collection. I had caught Dell doodling on Thursday night and saw just how amazing he was at it, so I thought it was safe to say he'd enjoy a good cartoon. I went to the store while he was working in my room and picked up a few essential goodies; miscellaneous munchies (including one honey-candy-thing. I assumed he'd find it sweet and un-bee-lievable), an oversized blanket, extra pillows, and a Woody plushie I found while out and about. I was going all out, and I could not be prouder of myself.

I no longer cared to hide the fact that I used to have a crush on the Texan – because he found out fast when he asked about why I was such a fan of his. He seemed flustered at first, but then told me how endearing it was to hear that. I played it off like the crush had long since passed, but I could tell he wasn't fully convinced. The morning before my big planned out movie night, I had put coffee on and was waiting at the table for him to come down so we could cook together. I was indulging in my drink when he put both hands on my shoulders, leaned close to my ear and whispered, "Good mornin' Darlin'." Just to see my reaction. That ended up being the motivation for buying an oversized blanket and extra pillows. If he was going to try to get me flustered, I was going to do the same! Or attempt to, anyways.

When I got home from my shopping, Dell was waiting for me at the kitchen table. He had a beer in hand and multiple sheets of white paper taped together in front of him. The papers looked like they all had various mechanical notes on them; they were likely his blueprints.

"Well there ya are Darlin'." He said with a grin, taking a sip of his beer as I tapped my shoes on the mat outside. "Here I am! I hope you weren't waiting on me for anything." I said as I lugged my purchases through the door and onto the vacant chairs at the table.

"Nah, but ya did have me worried a bit. Ah was wonderin' where ya had run off to."

I playfully rolled my eyes and waved my hand dismissively, giving him the cheekiest smile I could muster, "What, did ya miss me my Texan Teddy?" This caught him off guard, his eyes widened as he shyly coughed into his clenched fist. "Missy, ya know how to make a man blush." I giggled and shrugged, "What can I say? You inspire me." I then rummaged through the reusable bags on the chair and showed him the Woody plushie I bought.

"I have a little gift for you, it's a hint for what I have in store for us tonight!"

He chuckled and reached out to take the doll, examining it while grinning cheek to cheek. "Now what in tarnation is this handsome fella doin' in your bag when y'already have a cowboy right in front of ya." He then turned his attention to look at me, now it was my turn to be flustered, dammit. "Ah, well, I thought it would be kinda fun to show you the movies he came from!" I put my hands on my hips and added, "Like a date night."
