You all head to sleep with Meta Knight being a look out because he always has left over energy, and he is an insomniac.

Meta Knight's POV ❤

I decided to be a look out, for some reason it doesn't feel right, like I'm being watched, is there really someone watching us. I highly doubted it before but I am starting think it's actually true.

Meta knight felt his eye get more droopy

I should be heading back with the others, and get some sleep now, if I can get any, I wish I had some of my melatonin ( melatonin is a vitamin that helps people get some sleep)

He headed back to the campsite to see Tiff, Honey, Bandana Dee, Kirby, and you sleeping. You were tossing and turning in your sleep. He went and sat next to you. You turned towards his direction. He scooted towards you and he wrapped his wing around you, and fell asleep.

Timeskip to morning.
Y/N POV

You slightly open your eyes and in the corner of your vision you can see Meta Knight's wing, at first you don't think of it much. Then you pondered why is his wing wrapped around you, for some reason the most reasonable reason at the moment was that some weirdo cut his wing of and wrapped it around you. You wake up to see Meta Knight next to you, he is sleeping as sound as a log, and looked around to see everyone else sleeping. You thought of going back to sleep, but there could be the possibility of him waking up, and besides you are wide awake now so there is no point of going back to sleep. You hear movement from behind you, you turn around to see none other than Meta Knight waking up.

Meta Knight: Y/N...?

His Morning voice is a whole lot deeper than you thought it was.

Y/N: yea...

Meta Knight: ok now that I know it's you...

Y/N: what do you mean?

Meta Knight: oh that's because uhm.. I had this dream that some weirdo cut my wing of and took it.

Y/N: huh...

Meta Knight: What do you mean "huh..."?

Y/N: oh no reason

Shortly after that Kirby woke up

Kirby: POYO (good morning) meh-kni

Meta Knight: Good morning Kirby

Kirby jumped back in shock, on how deep Meta Knight's morning voice was

Kirby: POYO (your  morning voice is so deep)

Meta Knight laughed a bit

Meta Knight: oh did it startled you?

Kirby nodded (I think he can nod IDK)

Some time later Bandana Dee and Tiff woke up

Bandana Dee: *yawn* good morning everybody.

Tiff: Good morning guys... is it just me or did anyone else have a not so good sleep?

Meta Knight: I had an ok night's of resting

Bandana Dee: That's a surprise

Tiff: Why is that

Bandana Dee: oh that's because when he doesn't have his melatonin

Meta Knight: Did you really have mention that?

Bandana Dee: yes, yes I did, he ends up very grumpy, like when had that camping trip, you were grumpy for the of the trip.

Meta Knight: Anyways, after Honey wakes up, we'll start looking for Tuff and Iro.

Ten minutes later Honey wakes up.

Honey: good morning

Everybody but Honey: Good Morning

Meta Knight: Now that Honey has woke up we start searching for Tuff and Iro.

You all start walking, and you see a blue green, and yellow figure in the distance, you start walking in that direction, and the others follow you, luckily for you. You found Tuff and Iro.

Tiff: Tuff!!

She runs over to him and gives him a hug.

Bandana Dee: It's a good thing that we found them, but I may ask why did you guys wonder off.

Tuff: Well we wanted to go get more firewood then we got lost again.

Meta Knight: Just make sure you don't do that again.

Tuff and Iro: yes sir!

You heard movement from behind you, you turned around to see the exact same thing that killed you mother. You were filled with fear. You thought the Tikimori did exist on planet Popstar, you stepped backwards in fear, and fled in a tree, you heard it's roar.

Tuff: woah what's their problem

Meta Knight head into the tree shortly after Tuff said that.

Meta Knight: Y/N

He saw you hiding your self with your cape.

Meta Knight: Y/N? Are you ok

You didn't respond, which made Meta Knight confused and worried. He connected the dots.

Meta Knight: Y/N that is no-

You cutted him of.

Y/N: what makes you so sure.

Meta Knight: ... well first of all Tikimori are unable to live in this environment for one because it is to dry for those monsters to live here.

How did he know that what attacked your kind was a Tikimori, its not like you told him.

You turned towards him

Y/N: how do you know?

Meta Knight: Well in the area where I grew up the creatures also lived there.

Y/N: huh

Meta Knight: so are you ready to come back down or do yo-

You cut him off  once again

Y/N: yea I'm ready to come back down

His eyes flickered to the Indigo color once again, then back to the normal yellow color. The both of you headed back down. To meet the sentient tree.

?????: well then it's is nice to meet you Y/N, I am Wispy Woods guardian of this forest.

Y/N: It's nice to meet you too Wispy.

You felt more comfortable now that you know you aren't going to be killed.
