In the morning, as they had agreed. They got up a little early and went to Dumbledore's office.
"Good morning, Professor, we have a few questions."
- Good morning! Welcome! Come on in. They are greeted by Professor Dumbledore.- Well, children, how was the summer!
"Not bad. The place you sent us to was beautiful.
Liz, any progress with your studies? Dumbledore asked her
Yes, it's pretty big, but I couldn't have done it without Draco. Liz said, looking at Draco and smiling
"What did you want to ask?"
"Well, Professor, I saw my best friends Isabel Carter and Megan Kendall from Gryffindor last night before dinner. We've been best friends for as long as we can remember. We grew up together. But when I came to them yesterday, they didn't remember me. They said they didn't know me. At first I thought it was a joke, but then I realized that I was completely serious. Draco thinks it might be because I erased my past and we never really met.
I'm afraid Draco figured it out.
- What?! Why didn't you tell me that there might be such consequences?
"Unfortunately, I found out about this side effect too late.
Please tell them that we can restore their memories.
- I'm sorry!
At that moment, a tear runs down Liz's cheek. She was able to hold the others back. At the same time, Professor Magonagel entered the office.
Professor Dam... is everything all right? Professor Muggonagle asked
"Sorry, we're just leaving." Lisa said as she got up, gave Draco a hand bath, and quickly left Dumbledore's office
As soon as they were out of the office, Draco pulled Liz into his arms and hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry, Lizzie!
It's a good thing I didn't lose you.
"You'll never lose me." I promise.
-I love you!
- I love you more! Draco said, and kissed her.
They went to breakfast. They were sitting in their usual seats next to Pansy and Blaise. After breakfast, the four Slytherins went to class. The corridors were crowded with students of all ages. A small group of freshmen crashed into Draco.
- Hi, there. Be careful. Keep looking where you're going. he glared at them.
-I'm sorry!-they said it was a pity.
He didn't say anything. He just looked at them with more pi-viciously and pushed them, continuing to look at them. Draco still maintained his reputation as a jerk at school. Although he was very, very kind and caring to Lisa. To prevent anyone with bad intentions from approaching her, he acted in a way that intimidated those who wanted to hurt her.
Skip time
It's almost Liz's birthday, and soon after that, and the holidays. Their days at Hogwarts went well. Lisa only went there once a week to practice with the pack she was in last year. She went alone. There was a problem Lisa felt differently. She had the feeling that someone was watching her all the time. He often had nightmares. The nightmares were unrelated and illogical, but all ended in a war that resulted in thousands of innocent victims. In her nightmares, Liz often saw Voldemort's terrifying gaze whispering to her, inviting her to join his army. She didn't want to tell anyone about these things, so as not to disturb anyone. She thought it was her fear that had provoked them. Lisa wasn't even shared with Draco to have nightmares, but he would certainly guess himself, because of the backs and b'lnuvaneto and the sleep, and because of how scared you are every morning. One morning, Lisa woke up after another nightmare, more terrified than before, objects from all over the room began to fall. Liz was panting, unable to breathe, and her right hand was very red. Draco woke up startled by the sound of falling objects. Liz's abilities were out of control. This started happening again every morning. Draco was worried about Liz. He told Tudor what was going on, even though Lisa didn't want him to know. Draco wasn't sure why exactly Lisa didn't want to share these things with Dumbledore. Dumbledore told Draco that he needed to see Lisa in action, using his powers to assess what the problem was. Draco had been begging Lisa for days to go and talk to Dumbledore. She finally convinced her. Once, when everyone was asleep, Dumbledore called Lisa into his office. When she reached him, they both went to the beach house where Lisa and Draco had spent the summer. Dumbledore made Lisa tell him all about her dreams. He wanted to hear everything down to the smallest detail. Lisa spoke in detail about her dream. She began to peer, as she did every time she experienced strong emotions, but the difference was that she was experiencing pain in her right wrist. Her pain was getting worse, and her wrist was starting to turn red. When she spoke, she clearly saw everything that she dreamed. It was as if she was having a nightmare that had been haunting her for weeks. The pain became unbearable, and Lisa fell to the ground. Dumbledore told her to think of something that would make her happy. Lisa listened to him. He began to think about Draco, and the pain began to fade. After the pain was completely gone, Dumbledore transferred them back to Hogwarts. There he noticed the bracelet that Lisa was wearing. He asked her how long she had been there. She told him it was a birthday present from Draco the first year. He told her to give it to him. She took off the bracelet and gave it to him. He did some magic on the bracelet and gave it back to Lisa.
"Remember! Never remove the bracelet and always keep it on your right hand. Your powers have lost control because they sense the approaching danger. They have grown since you began your training and have increased your relationship with Voldemort. He doesn't know it yet, but he will soon. The bracelet will seal your powers.
Does that mean I won't be able to use magic?
You can, but it will be as simple as anything. Your strength will be equal to that of a third-year student. It's going to be harder for you in class, but don't worry about it. As long as you wear the bracelet, your relationship with Voldemort is diminishing, and he won't be able to find you anytime soon.
- Soon!? That is, nightmares are not just nightmares, they predicted the future. That's why I was able to see them so clearly on the beach. So, it's time to prepare for war?
I'm not entirely sure, but as long as you're here, under my protection, everything will be fine. And Voldemort is already weakening, because another of the Horcruxes has been destroyed.
So Harry, Hermione, and Ron were successful!
Yes, but there are many more until the battle is over. Now go to bed.
"All right, Professor, thank you.
"You're welcome, Lisa. Watch out!
- Of course.
- And you know, you don't have nightmares, so good night.
- Good night, Professor.
Lisa left the office and went back to her room. Draco was waiting for her.
Draco, it's late, why aren't you sleeping?
"Sleep until I know where you are and what's going on." That's not going to happen. Why is it taking so long? Are you all right?"
- Yeah, relax. I am well.
"Tell me everything." What did he tell you?"
"Now?" Draco, it's late, and I'm tired.
"All right. But I need a detailed report tomorrow. Got it?"
Yes, but why are you so nervous?
"I'm worried about you!" I promised myself that I wouldn't let anything bad happen to you. If something happens to you, I won't forgive myself.
"Oh, dear! Calm down! I won't leave you! I promise.
Lisa put on her pajamas and snuggled up to Draco. It was just what they both needed. They kissed goodnight and fell asleep, glued to each other.
