naomi looked at her text messages and smiled. she really was going on a date basically with her dream girl.
after saying bye and receiving good luck from her best friends , naomi was on her way to pick up rachel.
when she arrived at the house her nervousness kicked it hard core. she almost called it off. but when she saw rae absolutely stunning walking out of the front door.
all of her stream went away in a second . it's crazy how one beautiful ladies can affect the girl so much .
naomi hopped out of her car and went to rae. she gave her a hug
"hello love "
"i still can't believe this is happening"
"u better start believing it cause I'm not tryna have our first date fail love "
rae blushed, naomi opened the door for her . rae thanked and naomi hopped in the driver's seat.
"so , " rae put her seat belt on " what have you planned first ? "
"i heard you like science so I'm taking you to a museum of science here in la"
"no way , I'm excited "
"i hope u are "
"can I put on some music ?"
"sure thing love "
so rae did that and all the way to the museum the girls jammed out to some songs. where naomi found out that rae actually sings pretty well.
the girls went in the museum , after naomi payed for their tickets. naomi felt her heart warm after seeing how excited rae was to see and read about the different things .
the whole time there , the girls were holding hands. which made both of them feel some type of way.
but mostly the hours of walking through the huge building consisted of naomi adoring how cute and passionate rae was. the girl was basically staring at her the entire time
rae on the other hand was so happy and thankful to naomi for taking her here. she couldn't stop talking and squeezing naomis hand when she got more excited.
the girls after about 2 hours of exploring the museum, were done with it. naomi walked them back to her car while still talking about a fact they read on a display.
in the car naomi and rae contued talking about it until naomi stopped at a shopping center.
"what are we doing ? " - rae asked intrigued
"were exploring the city , let's just go for a walk around the center and then get coffee. we have free time until 6pm . "
"and then ? "
"then i have the best part of our date comming "
"wait this wasn't the best ? i loved this"
"not even close "
rae smiled and she definitely looked appreciated . which was all naomi wanted.
the girls got out of the car and started holding hands again. they both felt so comfortable with holding each other's hands they didn't want to let go. and they didn't .
naomi and rae started off by walking along the aside of the beach and just talking.
"if you could spent the next year doing anything you want , what would you do?" rae asked the taller girl
"mhm , well at this moment i would want to travel the world with my best friends and if course you love.
and even tho we can't do that now . that's still a plan for my future . so you won't get rid of me "
"I'm not planning on it "
"what about you ?"
"at this moment i as well would want to just fly somewhere and explore the world. I've been home for so long i don't know how much i can take this "
"don't worry rae, it's going to be alright. we will get through this pandemic and then let the world be ready for us "
the girl smiled ,
"definitely"
they spent the time they had talking about so random things , that of someone would listen to their convo they would think that these girls are wierdos.
at one point the girls got hungry and walked to the closest coffee shop they found. because neither one of them wanted a lot of food they just ordered a coffee and a piece of cake.
but at this point talking about . . .
"i love red velvet cakes " said rae while ordering a piece of it
"I'll have a chocolate one , thanks , " naomi said to the waitress " i hate red velvet "
"are you serious?"
"yes , i just can't eat it "
"that's it we can't be a thing if your not gonna eat red velvet cake w me "
"but chocolate? rae c'mon " the girl gave rae puppy eyes
the girls couldn't contue this and both bursted out laughing.
"but for real i don't really like red velvet "
"that's ok, i love chocolate too"
naomi smiled , rae did the same.
after eating the sweets and drinking coffee the girls decided to leave the place. it was getting dark.
"okey now the romantic part starts " naomi said mocking the word romantic
rae laughed
"i can't wait " rae said and smiled to naomi
the girls hopped in naomis car and started driving .
"sooo where are we going ? "
"you'll see soon enough love . i think you'll love it " naomi said and squeezed rae hand . which she was holding .
