I got up the next morning not wanting to go back to class, I got out of bed and started getting dressed. It took me 45 minutes to get dressed. I picked up my books a went to the common room. I sat down and started reading, before a knew it everyone started coming out of there dorms. I wasn't paying attention to who was coming out because I didn't care at all, I closed my book and headed to breakfast. I sat down and looked around for Cedric, he was nowhere to be found. I walked up to Caleb.
" have you seen Cedric?" I asked
" I haven't seen him all day" Caleb replied
It was weird for Cedric to skip breakfast, or not to come out of his dorm. I didn't pick up my books a just ran to the Hufflepuff common room where he would be. I got up to his dorm and knocked, he didn't answer, I knocked again he still didn't answer. I opened the door, his bed was empty, his window was open, I looked around for a note but there wasn't one.
Where is he? He wouldn't just leave without telling anyone, I thought. I kept looking around until I found his favorite book with a piece of paper sticking out of the edge. I opened the book and took out the paper. Right before I got to read or the bell rang.
I went to class, I normally have potions with Cedric. I sat beside Draco, he was just writing a note to someone probably pansy. He looked at me then at Cedrics normal seat.
" where is he y/n?" he asked
" I don't know, he wasn't in his dorm, but I found this" I pulled out the paper from my pocket, Draco took it from me and started to read it.
" what is it Draco?" I asked
He looked at me then the paper.
" let's just say you need to go to the manor and fight for Cedric" he replied.
Fight for Cedric?! What did he mean by that? I wanted to know more, but class had already started.
