I pace around Wesely's room why he strums on his guitar while laying on his bed. Don't ask why I'm here. I panicked when Jamie told me the news and I ran here. "Why the hell would he pick her? I freaking no why but it isn't fair I tell you!", I say.
Wesely stops playing and sits up. I look over at him and he motions for me to sit with him so I do. "Chloe, why are you so bummed about it? Keaton isn't everything ya know? It's a crush Chlo", He replies. I sigh and shake my head. He starts strumming again. "Can I play you a song?". I shrug and he starts playing the guitar. Then starts singing.
"I guess it's true I'm not good at a one night stand", he starts singing. I gasp and fall over dramatically and he busts out laughing. "Did you just fangirl?". I laugh and sit up and nod. "I didn't take you for a Sam girl". I giggle and shrug. "If I start singing again, promise not to die?". I shake my head and he laughs again, then starts playing.
"But I still need love cause I'm just a man. These night never seem to go to plan. But I don't want you to leave can you hold my hand? Oh won't you.. Stay with me. Cause you're.. all I need. This ain't love it's clear to see, but darling, stay with me", he sings as I try not to freaking die.
"That was so gorgeous!", I scream. "Your voice and that song... it's just like... BOOSH! Ya know? BOOSH!". He laughs again and puts his guitar by his bed and sits up, then puts on a serious face. "Oh no, what's wrong?".
"Why do you like Keaton so much?", he asks. "I know you don't have control of the way you feel but.. I don't know". He sighs and I copy him, making him smile. "You're so full of sass and you're a hilarious girl. And you're beautiful and talented.. and... will you go to the dance with me?".
His question takes me back but I come to myself, then smile. "Yeah, I will", I reply. He smiles widely and grabs me for a hug, pulling me down on the bed with him.
At that time, Keaton walks in. "What the hell is going on?!", he asks.
