The Last Warrior
Chapter 2: Another dream
_____________________________________All throughout biology, we worked on cell lab. When class was over, I grabbed a extra packet, so I make my lab hand out nicer, and for homework we had to wright up a lab report, read over the next chapter, and do the chapter questions. I grabbed my binders and started to walk towards my next class which was United States History with Kylie. We had all classes with each other except for third. I had theater class, and she had Child Development.
When we got to class just before the bell had rang, Mr. Kallas, our history teacher, was handing a packet. I sat down in my sit while placing my books in the corner to see we had a test.
Ohhh... sh** I totally forgot to study, I knew I was forgetting to do something last night! Guess who going to fail her test?? This girl... I started to read the questions off the paper in my head:
1.) Who was....?
I don't know but letter c looks like the correct answer.
After I was done with the test, I looked up at the clock to see we had only three minutes left of class. I stood up form my sit and walked over to his table. Let's just say I failed this test, I thought the test was going easy, but nooo when it came to the written response questions, I just wrote random stuff down that fits with the question.
I told Mr. K that I would study hard and try to get an A on this test. I'm sorry Mr. K that I made you think for once I would possible will get an A which I usually get a C or B on the test. Oh well second time always are the best. I handed my paper to Mr. Kallas.
"How long did you study Bell?"
I knew Mr. Kallas since I was young, because he lived across the street form me and became a family friend. The nickname form my childhood, because I loved ringing bells whenever Christmas was nearing.
"Ohh... you know staying up all night trying to get that A," I was lying straight to him. I didn't want to, but I did.
"That's great," he grabbed his pin while reaching for my test.
"Hey now," I put my hand on my test, "let's not do that." I know he was going to grade my test.
"Don't tell me what I can do and what I can't do," well don't grade my paper until I'm gone.
I didn't move my hand, "sorry."
"And why can't I grade your paper?"
"While I don't want you to," I heard laughter coming from behind me, "not at this very moment."
"If you studied, you don't have anything to worry about." If I did studied I wouldn't be in this projection a smile went across my face. "Did you even studied?"
"Well..." I was about say something, but then the bell rang telling us it was end of class. "I hope you have fun grading the papers! BYE!!!"
I ran back to my desk and grabbed my things and walked out the door. I let out a sigh thank god that was over.
"Hey Isabel," I turned around to see Kylie walking up to me.
"Hey," we started to walk down the hall.
"Did you even study?"
I shook my head no while saying, "nope."
"Thought so."
"Yeah, sort of forgot to."
When we were beside the library, we walked our separate ways. When I got to my third period, I saw Miss Brown putting on a movie. We were watching, "Freedom Writers." All we do in her class was watch movies and then do this packet over the movie. (It's an actual class because I had it.) I'm also in her English class. I was getting out my packet form my folder when I heard his deep voice.
