Chapter One
I entered the high school for the first time three years ago, so why would I be scared the first day of senior year? I walked towards my class, while looking at my schedule. I wasn't paying attention, so I ran into the wall. When I fell backwards, I felt someone's strong arms help me up. I looked and saw one of the hottest guys ever! He had these oceanic blue-green eyes, midnight black hair, nicely naturally tanned skin, and muscles that were very noticeable through his deep blue polo shirt.
"Are you okay?" His smooth, feathery voice asked as I continued to be held in his arms.
"Um...yeah. Thanks." I said unsure, but he still let go after nodding and walked away.
I grabbed my schedule and walked over to Mr. Torch's class. I've heard he's the new teacher by I doubted it. I also heard he's only twenty one years old, and that he skipped grades in middle school too.
I ran to the class and sat in the far back corner, away from everyone else. Just the way I liked it. I was raised alone, so I'd rather keep to myself rather be surrounded and hounded.
The jocks and cheerleaders came in next. Brittany and her clique. Ugh! They're enough to make me want to eat rusty nails! I don't have many friends, but I do have a few. My best friend, Jasmine Stevens, was on vacation with her brother and mom. She won't be back till the end of October.
"Eww! Look at that freak! Didn't she figure it out by now that everyone wants her to leave?!"Brittany Heavesworth said in her "I'm better than you" voice.
I've had to put up with this for three years! THREE YEARS of her degrading and talking shit about me! Well, I thought, this was the LAST time! I'm finally putting my foot down and sticking up for my self.
"Why don't you go fuck a duck you walking STD fucking bitch?!" I shouted at her. Everyone in the room either gasped or looked at me like I had three eyes. I clenched my jaw and fists as I glared at her.
"How dare you speak to me like that! Do you know who I am?! I could get you expelled!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You only get good grades 'cause you fuck all the teachers or go cry to daddy about it! You're suck a fucking fake bitch!"
That's when she walked over towards me and lamely attempted to slap me across the face. My temper flared. It's one thing to call me names or talk shit about me behind my back, but hitting me is a whole other board game. I smirked as I walked closer to her.
"Honey, that was the biggest mistake of your life," I laughed menacingly, then turned around.
When I turned back, I punched her square in the jaw as hard as I could. She clawed at my face, but that didn't stop me from punching her even more. Soon we were on the ground scratching, biting (her method of fighting) and punching, kicking.
"You fucking bitch!" She screeched at me after she realized I gave her a bloody nose and lip.
"You deserve way more that this Heavesworth!" I spat at her.
Then I felt strong arms pull me off of her, and for some odd reason, they felt very familiar. Which really creeped me out.
"That's enough!"The voice yelled as I tried to break free so I could wipe that bitch's smirk off her fake, plastic face. He carried me out into the hallway. When I looked up at him, I gasped. It was the guy who helped me up earlier.
"Now, care to explain why you were punching her?"
My temper hadn't completely vanished and I retorted hotly, "I don't owe you jack shit!"
"Actually, I think you do, considering the circumstances,"he replied coolly.
"And what exactly are those circumstances?!"
