Seijuro tells Seiichi "Always follow your heart if you run to things you can't handle call us anytime" 

Tetsuya tells Tetsuo " take care of yourself, be patient with your big brother" 

Seiichi: mom, dad, we won't be gone for too long, we're gonna visit and Tetsuo... *looks at Tetsuo* he will be back here in Kyoto once he graduates

Tetsuya looks at his sons and said "I know both of you love each other by instinct and can't bear to be apart, I am glad you're growing up well" 

Seijuro wrap his arm on Tetsuya and said "it's time... See you soon"

Seiichi sitting on the floor, his throat feels dry he took off his shirt and takes deep breaths worry that Tetsuo is having more of a hard time

Meanwhile 

At Tetsuo's room 

Tetsuo on his bed curled up, his body was aching, he was craving to be touch, he tears up calls out Seiichi name

On the other side of the phone, Seiichi answers "I'm here" 

Phone convo;

Seiichi: Tetsuo...

Tetsuo: nii... Chan... *panting*

Seiichi: *smile* we can do this... It'll pass

Tetsuo: I'm... *cough* I never told you... 

Seiichi: mm? 

Tetsuo: my ideal mate 

Seiichi: oh... I'm not sure if I want to hear it 

Tetsuo: I want someone... Who is nice, Smart...looks nice...
