(3) Canceling Dates

[Ariana]

I watch silently as he tucks in his white button up shirt into his black jeans. He's such a casual dork. Running his hand through his hair he turns to me leaning on one leg.

"Where do you want to go?"

"Wherever the hell you planned to take me."

Harry sighs and looks up at me, I'm sure he was wondering how the hell I knew that he was planning to take me somewhere but he'll never find out.

"Alright lets get going."

He threw me my leather jacket and slipped his on as well before we walked out the door. He opened the car door and let me in then after closing it and going to the drivers seat.

"So where is it that you're taking me?" I ask putting a piece of gum into my mouth.

"I'm not telling you."

He pressed on the gas as he backed up and hit the break before he had hit the neighbors car.

"Damn how the fuck did you get your drivers license?"

"I don't know you tell me." He chuckled a bit and smirked before winking at me.

I playfully punch his arm and roll down my window, I placed my hand out the window and felt the wind hit my hair as strands started swishing around. The ringing of his phone disturbs the peaceful silence that fell between us. He motions me to pass him his phone and I do reading the caller ID before doing so.

I slide my phone screen to answer the call. What does Niall want now?

"Hello." I answer the phone straight forward wondering what he could possibly want at the moment.

"Where are you heading to?"

"To the river down by the forrest area. What's your concern?"

"Nothing it's just Ariana and I had a plan to babysit my nephew today."

Ariana must've heard what he said because she immediately started to apologize.

"I'll be there soon." She looks guilty after saying that but turns her head.

I hang up the phone and lay it down in the cup holder, quickly I turn around in the middle of the street and press hard on the gas. I really wanted to spend time with her today.

"We were going to have lunch down by the river if you're wondering." My tone is harsh but I could careless right now.

It's been long since I've updated Broken Hearts oml. But Im back to updating both 'Broken Hearts' and 'Terrible things'. I've missed writing.
