One month later

Jungkooks pov

I wince loudly as a whip hits my back. I feel blood dripping down my back, I fall to my knees "I didn't mean to!!" the king scoffs "you RUINED my son's day! HOW DARE YOU!" he whips me again and then glares at me "get back to work, you slut"

He walks out the room. I look down with tears rolling down my cheeks.

I-I have to do this... For my grandfather!...

I stand up and then turn around and look in the mirror at my back and see blood running down my back and deep wounds on my back from the whip..
I accidentally spilt a tiny bit of food onto the princes shoe...and the king saw.. H-he made me lick the food off the princes shoe and then whipped me 10 times.

I gasp when the Prince walks into the room ((I was in the atic, it's where the King said I would be staying)) I bow to him "I'm so sorry sir! It won't happen again!" he sighs "shut up.....stand up" I stand up and he then walks to me and holds a bag out.

I hesitate but take it "w-what is this?" he sighs "some better clothes and food...enough food for a month...hide it so my father won't find it, I've told my father I'm giving you different clothes so you won't get yelled at for it..."

I wince a little when he then turns me around and gasps "Holy shit... He punished you for what you did?" I nod "10 whips...n-no mercy..." he sighs and then pulls something out a cupboard. He makes me sit on the mattress which was on the ground and I wince when he patches up the wounds on my back

He sighs "you should be alright now..." i stand up and then he holds something out to me. I look at it and gasp "money?" he nods "I'm paying you, ₩1000 for your months work"

I smile and bow to him "thank you so much! This will go straight to my grandfarther! Thank you so much!" he nods "no problem....."
He then looks me up and down "get changed and I'll take you to see your grandfather"

He then walks out closing the door. I stare at the door...
The Prince is a lot nicer than the king...

I change into the outfit he gave me

I start to panic "but his father told me not to wear skirts...."
The prince then walks back in "ready?" I gulp "y-your father told me not to wear skirts" he shrugs "I don't give a shit... Its the outfit I gave you, now let's go"

I nod and then follow him down the stairs. I then close the attic door and follow the Prince out to a limo. He opens the door "get in" I nod and then get into the limo being careful of my back because it really hurts... I hold the money in my hands and smile a little

I'm able to pay for the surgery now! My grandfather can have bus surgery and get better!

Jimins pov

I sit next to jungkook and sigh...
I feel so bad for him...i didn't think my father would be this horrible to him..

And for some reason....
I want to protect him, I saw him smile when he first came to the castle... But since then... I haven't seen him smile properly...
And I feel fucking terrible..

But I can't do anything, that would be going against my father...
And I can't do that...
