You groan as your tote bag falls onto your bed. Finally, this apartment is starting to feel like home. It's comfy, just the right size, and despite the initial problems with the light bulbs, you like it.

Your mind wanders to that Jungkook guy, and how you've been procrastinating on taking him up on that offer to get coffee. It's terrifying to have social interaction with any good looking boy—or ones you don't know that well, to be precise.

Speaking of mysterious males, you haven't had any more awkward encounters with that shower guy thus far. In fact, you haven't even met your neighbors yet, so you know absolutely nothing about them.

The only thing you do know about your shower neighbor is that he tends to shower at eight. You've been showering at seven to avoid any awkward scenarios.

You prepare your shower, excited to sing your heart out again. On today's playlist, you plan to sing "Hello" by Adele.

It's only 7:02pm, so there's no worries about that shower guy. Also, it's been way too long since you've had a concert.

Your entire fandom of two conditioner bottles, one shampoo bottle, and an unused bar of soap have been waiting. You even have a special guest: the shaving cream.

That's right, you're doing the whole shebang tonight.

"I must've called a thousand ti-imes," you take a dramatic breath and stare at an imaginary camera, "To tell you I'm sorry for everything that I've done, but when I call you never seem to be home."

You sing a few more lines, each getting more intense in emotion and a little more off key. The final chorus approaches, so you momentarily ditch your conditioner to fully focus on singing.

You're so into it that you don't even hear another shower start on the other side of the wall.

"Hello from the other side!" You almost inhale water since you take a huge breath in preparation for the next part, "I must've called a thousand ti-imes,"

What you do hear is the sound of a soft male voice chiming in with a different note, but one that makes you sound a little more bearable. "Ti-imes~"

When you notice it and comprehend that it's the guy from before, you immediately freeze and stop, although the mystery male keeps going.

"To tell you I'm sorry," he sings in a light head voice; the soft tune is perfect after your screaming--uh, belting earlier. "For everything that I've done~"
