Niall's perspective

"Uh, guys, where is Zayn?" Louis asked. We were just all sat in a hotel room so none of us realised when he left.
"That's a good point, I don't know actually. I'll go get Paul and Mark so that they can look for him," Harry suggested. We were not allowed out of the hotel or anywhere around it; some sort of health and safety thing. Harry came back saying that they were going to get straight to looking for him and we mustn't leave the room, anything could of happened to him. He has done this before though; Zayn likes to have time to himself and sometimes he just leaves without telling anyone. I should of been worried for him but I was sure he was fine. I had an inkling that I knew where he had gone though. He spent the last three weeks trying to find out which part of Birmingham the girls were in. He was trying to be subtle, but I knew what he was doing.
We had to spend hours and hours in hotel rooms; we have been to countless amounts of cities but never actually experienced them. We spend all our time in hotel rooms wasting time we could have visiting amazing monuments and other sight seeing attractions. Sometimes we are forced to go into our own hotel rooms, so we are not even together. I tend to just lay on my bed either in my own thoughts, or replying to tweets. At the moment we were just chatting; conversation never goes dry with us boys. We spend all day every day together but we still find some sort of crap to talk about. Today's topic was fast food restaurants; I like the conversations about food.
"OH MY GOD ZAYN!" We all jumped off the beds and ran over to the door where Zayn was stood. He just casually walked in like he hadn't been missing for the past three hours.
"WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN?!"
"Alright Louis, calm down. I just went to go visit Azia and Abigail." I jumped at this, I have never been so excited.
"You went ALL THE WAY to Birmingham, Jesus!" Liam exclaimed.
"Well...what happened? What did you talk about?" I wanted to know every single detail.
"I only saw Azia," damn it, "She was just sat on a bench, so I went up to her and we had a chat then I walked her up to her apartment and two boys came. They were her friends, Matteo and Aiden. I'm pretty sure they are like a little group of four at their uni; Azia, Abigail, Aiden and Matteo. I left straight away after that, so nothing really happened."
"Is that it? That is all you did? And you definitely didn't see Abigail?" I really wanted to know more, he was in the same place as Abigail, wow.
"Yh there wasn't really anything to do and why do you want to know if Abigail was there Niall?" He knew exactly why, I feel like he worked it all out.
"No reason, not one, nothing, nada," Damn it, I panicked, "How was Azia?"
"Oh yh she was fine, fully recovered from that night." We talked for a little more then went off to our own rooms. I really wanted to know more about Abigail; maybe I could try to go and see them. Surely Zayn got Azia's number. From the look on his face, he's not telling us everything that happened, but I understand. We don't get much privacy so I'm not surprised that he's keeping the details to himself, but I just had to know, I wouldn't be able to sleep without knowing more. I couldn't resist so I left my hotel room and went over to Zayn's.
*knock knock*
"You alright Niall?"
"What really happened today? I know you are not telling the truth." I pushed my way into Zayn's room and sat myself on  a chair.
"I don't know what you're talking about, I told you everything."
"Ok yh sure, so that is why you were gone for over three hours and didn't tell anyone you were leaving, then came back looking shifty as fuck."
"I mean, I pretty much told you everything. I saw Azia sitting on a bench, then we had a chat. Yh that happened, but then when I was saying goodbye to her at her apartment the atmosphere completely changed. But obviously nothing turns out perfect and her two friends came and ruined it all."
"Do you think Azia likes you?"
"I don't know, I really don't know. Woah, but you can't tell anyone about ANYTHING I have said. I don't want anyone else to know, promise?"
"Of course, promise. Did Azia talk about Abigail at all?"
"No she didn't, you have asked a lot of questions about Abigail." He definitely sees straight through me, I have been kind of obvious. I'm glad he properly told me what happened with Azia, this also gives me an opportunity to find Abigail again. I really want to get to know her better.

Azia's perspective

Me and Abi have really been settling in together. We kind of do everything together, just like in high school. Almost every day Aiden and Matteo come over, or we go to theirs. It's really handy that they're just across the corridor; we can get so drunk and we never have far to go. Last week we got into a debate about who were the better cooks. It's definitely us and no one can tell me otherwise. But them being stubborn little gits, they wanted to try cook us a proper meal. I'm not really sure what to expect, as they literally get takeaway EVERY SINGLE DAY. No literally; they eat our food otherwise.

We went round at about 7 and we just chilled; like normal. Me and Matteo were playing call of duty, while Aiden and Abi were in the kitchen. Their food was shit can't lie; we ended up getting pizza. A couple of their friends came round a bit later. We were all kind of buzzed. Aiden makes this mix of every alcoholic drink they have and it fucks you up. We were all on the sofa, I was lying down, with my head in Matteo's lap, as he stroked my hair. Everyone always makes jokes about how we would be such a cute couple, because we flirt all the time. But we both know it's never gonna happen, even if he's cute. As we got up to leave I saw Abi and Aiden in the corner whispering and giggling. I swear to god this girl needs to take a hint; he clearly likes her.

We said goodbye and walked over to our place. I gave Abi water and we sat in her bed. She kept drinking and after about an hour she was sober enough to have a proper conversation.
"What we're you two giggling about back there"
"We were just saying how you and Matt need to take a hint and get together"
Ironic isn't it.
"I thought the same about you two actually"
"WHAT"
"You and Aidan"
"We are just friends"
"Like me and Matt"
"No but you two would be cute"
"SO WOULD YOU GUYS"
"No I don't like him like that"
"If you say so"
"But I see the way you and Matt look at each other"
I went quite red and she looked at me, concerned.
"He reminds me of him" I said, barley audible.
Abi let out a sigh.
"I though he might. Just don't get your heartbroken again mkay"
"Easy for you to say"
"Remember Zayn"
"What about him"
"About that night he came and you guys almost kissed. Remember how you said that made you feel"
"Yeh. That i had only ever felt like that for..."
"Exactly. Plus I'm sure you've noticed that almost every guy and girl on campus have a thing for you"
"Having a thing for me and thinking I'm hot are two completely different things Abi"
"Whatever"
I said night and left. I wasn't in the mood for Abi to tell me how every person I talk to fancies me. She doesn't understand that 99% of those people want to use me; all they want is a quick fuck and that's it. And as delightful as that sounds, I neither want to be labelled a whore and I'm not in the mood for a boyfriend. I can barely just about focus on own life, let alone someone else's. Well I wouldn't mind to be honest. As long as they were the right person. Maybe Zayn or Matteo from across the hall. God it's confusing that my ex is called Matteo as well. It is a cute name though
