No he couldn't like Louis its just he wasn't, he wasn't the gender you preferred. You wanted boobs and  the beautiful wife the house on a ranch kids at his ankles and a thriving job.

You liked to run this through your head. Every night before you fell asleep and once when you woke up. It had been two days since Louis left and two nights of sex. With men only. You couldn't figure out if it was the place you were. Or how you dressed but, only gay men had approached you and it was becoming rutine. The night when Zayn asked if you liked Louis you scoffed at him laughing, telling him he just didn't understand where you were coming from. Then two nights after you avoided Zayn leaving in the day time to go to the gym and in the nights working your new job as a street walker.

You saved up all the money there was now five thousand dollars in rent put down for your half and that meant one more month of having a roof under your head. It wasn't like after this month you could just go back to working and seeing the kids again but, you had gotten a call from the head principle explaining how they were going to cut the season short because of low funds. The school didn't even know when the soccer program at the school was going to start up again. It was horrible. Like being laid off except for the possibility that they would ask you to join the new season later next year.

That was probably the second time your life went down the drain. Taking every hope of a good healthy life with it. You probably wouldn't be living for much longer without being brutally mugged by one of your clients. Life for you was nothing there was no metaphor to explain what was happening. And over all of it you missed Louis. Even if you only had, had him there for a day he was always the something that took up the empty couch in your beat down appartment. Excepting all he was given and never expecting more.

Tonight you decided not to go out.To take a little break and find some way later to get into a steady job. All you wanted was something that would stay in its place. Lazy and bored you decided to text Louis.

"How's the new place?" -Harry

Louis took a few minutes to reply. "Great really missed the bloke im living with" -Louis

"Are you open for a meet up again? I really want to keep in touch" -Harry

"Yeah don't have much going on. I have a job at the pub on saturday nights but otherwise" -Louis

"What are you doing today?" -Harry

"I'll be over in 5" -Louis

You waited quietly on the couch. There was a soft knock at the door. On the other side Louis stood, he was defiantly more cleaned up than he had been when they first met. He wore a pair of tight jeans and a white v neck. A beanie covered his fringe.

"You look like your'e doing better"

"Its only been a few days"

"I missed having you here"

Louis looked at you. You couldn't tell what he was thinking did you go too far. "Iv'e been thinking out about those curls." Louis smiled

You immediatly felt better. Was he flirting with you? Or was it just playful banter. "So what do you want to do today?" Louis asked clearing the awkward silence.

"Well... I was thinking Zayn's birthday is coming up and I was wondering if you wanted to help me make him a cake"

"Im not much of a baker" Louis said taking off his Jacket and going into your kitchen.

You were half way through baking. It was a lot easy between them now, a lot less tension. You even managed to get a small smile out of Louis. As you reached around Louis to grab for the sugar he fell into you.

He turned catching your in eyes still pressed into you. "Sorry" he said in a hushed tone

"Its ok" You whispered as he came closer.

Looking between his lips and his eyes you breathed heavily before placing his lips on yours, eyes fluttering shut.
