My Knight (Yaoi)

I woke the next day and Fredrick allowed me to bathe in his stall. I then went back to Lord Ryouma's home. The lord lay on the sofa with an empty bottle of mead laying on its side on the table. I cleaned up a bit then woke the lord so he would be ready for when the knights were to spar in the court yard. 

"Master Ryouma, Master Ryouma you need to wake up. You need to get ready to spar in the court yard." I said lightly shaking his leg. 

I reached up and as I was about to shake his shoulder my hand brushed across his face and he was quite warm. I pressed my hand against his forehead and he was running a fever. I got several blankets and covered him with them. Then put a cool rag on his forehead. When I finished setting him up on the couch I ran down to the courtyard to inform the general that he would not be able to attend the sparing session.  

I walked up to the general and informed him. He gave me a cookie that his wife had made as a token of his gratitude and gently ruffled my hair. I turned around and started running back toward Master Ryouma's home when I ran into a rather tall knight with light wavy blonde hair and eye's that I had seen before.  

"Haruka?" He whispered almost confused. 

"R-Rico?" I questioned slightly astonished to see the boy I had pushed down oh so long ago.  

"Haruka! This is where you have been? Your hair it's so long." He said happily stroking it gently. 

"R-Rico what are you doing here?" I asked looking up at him. 

"I'm a knight." He said in his strong smooth voice. 

I didn't want to admit it but he was quite handsome. His strong jaw resembled master Ryouma's ever so slightly and his emerald eyes were beautiful. He took my hand suddenly and said 

"Haruka. I heard what your master did to you. Let me save you. I myself need a squire, now that I am a knight I require one." He said with a smile. 

"You can make a request to change your master, and because of what happened to you I'm sure they would allow it." He said again touching my cheek lightly. 

I nodded and looked at the ground. Thinking about what me transferring would mean. I looked up at Rico and his face made me happy his eye's were like flowers and his lips were like the warmth and comfort I have always longed for. 

"I'll do it." I said now smiling. Rico looked at me and smiled.  

"Do you remember our first kiss?" he asked now breathing against my lips. He brushed his lips against mine and smiled  

"I do." He said again with a smile. 

I blushed deeply then ran back to Master Ryouma's home. I check on the lord then cleaned some more. I change master Ryouma's rag every few hours and eventually fell asleep. 

The next day I ran down to the general and got my transfer. I went straight to Rico's home and he allowed me in. I settled in nicely. We got along quite well however we were friends. He never tried anything knowing that lord Ryouma had badly hurt my feelings and my body.

Several months later

It was early morning and the sun had come out. Rico woke me from my pleasant slumber and asked that I help him equip his gear, I gladly obliged. After he was ready he left a kiss on my forehead and left. My heart fluttered and a light blush tinged my cheeks.
