"This is bad."
Raven watched as Nightwing raised a hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose.
The Teen Titans were currently at the tower, and the news had just been revealed that a bomb threat was placed at her high school prom.
"They said if no one shows up to the event, they'll blow the entire school up randomly," Starfire said with a concerned expression. "So we aren't going to be able to warn anyone without stirring panic."
Maya's eyes carefully studied the message displayed on the large monitor before her. "I'm going to this event... maybe we can stop them?" she suggested, gesturing towards Raven.
Nightwing looked at the two girls and took a moment to respond as he thought long and hard. "That isn't a bad idea. Kory and I can chaperone too. Jaime and Conner can attend as well, undercover of course."
"Damian can help too," Maya added, watching as Nightwing's face twisted into a conflicting expression.
"Only if someone is by his side," Nightwing decided after pondering the suggestion. "I hate to sound like an overprotective mom, but I think we all know where I'm coming from."
Maya and Raven briefly exchanged glances. "That's fine with us. I assure you we'll be with him."
"Wait, someone has asked you to prom?" Garfield questioned with a disappointed tone.
"Not the time, hermano," Jaime scolded as he elbowed the other boy.
"Come on, why can't I go too?" Garfield asked before pouting. "I wanna have fun too."
"I doubt it will be fun," Conner assured and placed a hand on Garfield's shoulder. "We're going to be focusing on capturing a potential murderer."
"I mean this in the nicest way, Garfield, but you don't exactly... fit in with school children," Starfire said nervously.
"It's the ears, isn't it?" Garfield said, followed with an over dramatic sigh. "I knew it."
"Or the fact that you're literally green," Raven retorted.
"Back on topic," Nightwing interjected, gaining everyone's attention once more. "I'll work with Jaime and Conner to go undercover. As for Maya and Raven, you two will need to act as normal as possible. Don't cause panic. I'll give you two further instructions once the time comes. Everyone understand?"
"Yes sir," the team spoke in unison.
Once the team disbanded, Maya and Raven left to find Damian.

When Damian didn't answer Maya's text, the girl didn't hesitate to make herself at home.
"Are you sure he won't be mad?" Raven questioned as they made their way up the stairs of the duplex. "He has fencing lessons earlier but they typically don't last this long."
"Hey, he should've answered my text," Maya answered before checking inside each door. "Which is his room?"
"Third one down," Raven informed as she watched Maya snoop around.
"You know a lot about him," Maya pointed out as she opened the correct door and strolled into the room. The girl carelessly looked through his books and many different outfits located in his wardrobe.
Raven's face flushed at her comment. "I guess I do," she said. That was something she'd never noticed.
Maya glanced at her, raising an eyebrow. "Do you like him?"
