"Cole? Are you kidding me?" I spat, holding my phone closer to my ear. My boyfriend was currently breaking up with me. Over the phone. We have been together for over a year, and he barely figured that out for himself. I was fuming as I threw myself on my couch.

"Niall, I know this is hard, bu-"

"Oh, don't start with that We'll get through it shit. I can't believe you're breaking up with me! After all we've done together."

"I know-"

"No, you don't. You don't know anything!" I quarreled. "I should've never agreed to be with you in the first place."

"Please don't be like this,"

"I was right. You can go from papi to pendejo real quick."

"Wait, wha-"

I quickly hung up and sighed. Actually thinking that today was going to be a good day, and I get this as a result.

At the same time I felt kinda relieved. What me and Cole had wasn't exactly real. It was just some playing around, but I still felt angry that he broke up with me. It was supposed to be the other way around.

As foolish as I may sound, us seperating wasn't really important to me. What I worried about at the moment was the bucket list.

That stupid bucket list that me and Cole had made a few years back. We had sworn to each other that we would be completing all 10 things in the list before we died. Even if we didn't accomplish them with each other, one of us still had the right to finish the checklist, and I'm the one that ended up with it.

Maybe I could pay someone to do it with me? Or does that sound weird?

I shrugged it off, deciding that I'll think about it later. I had groceries to do.
