Chapter 10

LATOYA POV
When I woke up I was in the same room but there was a TV in the room and I was extra hungry. I just sat there waiting for Xavier. All of a sudden the TV turned on and I saw Xavier who said

Xavier: So LaToya, I haven't told you the good news. I will be selling you to a bidder online.

I looked at him with to most dumbest look ever.

Me: What mean sell me

Xavier: No question, So You will be leaving to go to Europe for the bid in 1 week. So as long as I have you here we will play a game. First go behind the TV there is some food

Me: *Pulls out scrambled eggs, bacons, and 3 pancakes*

Xavier: Don't eat until you find the key to your chain inside one of your pancakes

Me: *pulls the pancakes apart until finds key*

Xavier: I will take to you finish your food *The TV screen goes black*

I start stuffing my face with that food. It was so good. I ate like I never ate before. I didn't know what to do when I was done so I decided to just walk around my room until the TV came on. I ran around the room rubbing my hands on the walls but when I touched the door it opened. I knew this was my chance so I bolted down the fall to a kitchen to see a front door. I opened it and an alarm went off so I really started to run. I found some woods and started running through them.

XAVIER POV
I was upstairs watching 22 jump street when I hear the door alarm go off and I knew either that Deontae was here or that LaToya got out. I walked downstairs and I didn't here any gun shoots so I knew Deontae didn't come so I knew LaToya ran away. I yelled "Fuck" and ran out the house and saw the woods and I knew she had to have ran out there so I ran to the woods to get her. I got a little far sin the woods so I started to yell LaToya and then I heard feet snapping branches. Then I heard a fall and then she did a ear pitching scream.

LATOYA POV
I Was still running a I guess I got far cause I could see the empty highway I was almost out when I heard Xavier call my name so I looked back and when I turned around I fell into like a ditch or something. I was climbing back up when I stepped on something so I looked down and saw it was my best friend Crystal. She looked so cold and scared. I closed her eyes and made her face shift from scared to normal. I kissed her forehead and said

BYE MY LOVELY BITCH. YOU WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME AND I WAS THERE FOR YOU. YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET AND I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AS MY SISTER AND BEST FRIEND. I said while crying

I kissed her forehead one more time and said why did he do this to you. Than I remembered I had to go. I climbed out her grave and said bye my sister and ran to the highway.I knew it wouldn't be long till he came so I ran for as long as I could and hide behind a bush and some trees. I guess I'm went to sleep after that cause I felt my eyes close and I don't remember anything after that.

XAVIER POV
I followed the scream and I noticed I ran past that girls grave. I stopped to look at her body. She had a perfect body but a horrible face. I looked at her and noticed she had been moved. Like she had a scared look on her face but now she looks all peaceful so that's how I know LaToya has passed here. I ran a little further and after that all there was road I knew I had lost her. I guess I'm going for the baby now. I turned back and went home.

LATOYA POV
When I woke up I was so hungry but I couldn't get food till I got to a house. I was walking for like forever when I finally spotted a town. I ran to a a sign that said MaryVille. Right at the entrance there was a pay phone. I ran up to it but I didn't have change so I went into some cabin and I started looking threw there house and found a box full of money. I took it and ran back to the pay phone. I put in $1 for 5 minutes. I called Deontae

Deontae: Who is this

Me: It's me KaToya I escaped and made it to made MaryVille

Deontae: Oh my god LaToya are you okay

Me: Yea I'm gonna take a train back to Jacksonville

Deontae: Okay see you when you get ba-

The phone had cut off before he could finish his sentence. I walked to what looked like a train stop and waited a few minutes till it came. I conductor asked me where I was headed and I told him Jacksonville and he said it would take 2 days. I hopped on the train and he took off.

DEONTAE POV
I got a call from LaToya saying she escaped and was coming back. I knew my baby knew what she was doing.I was telling her bye when the phone hung up I tried to call back it said something about charges so I just forgot it. I knew once she gets back we are moving somewhere far away from Florida. I already bought a house in a deserted place in California. I already packed everyone's clothes and bought our plane tickets and everything all that we are missing is LaToya.
