today's the day that we're moving to California and I'm not going to lie I'm kinda excited. I went downstairs to see my mom rushing us out the door so we can get into the car. But I just hate that we are DRIVING there. When I got in the car I seen that Mya was sleep
I opened up my phone and turned on PARTYNEXTDOOR and dozed off. This is going to be a longgg trip.

Shaqirs POV

Wassup my name shaqir. I'm 16 my birthday April 19th. I play basketball. I live with my dad and my siblings. And I live in California.

I hear my dad calling me and I went downstairs to see what he wanted.

Me- wassup
Shaq- were going over Jordan's house later so be ready at 7
Me- Ight
I went back upstairs and dozed off after that

Myas POV

me- mom when can we stop again
Mom- what we need to stop again for
Me- I wanna stretch my legs
Mom- okay

I sat back and looked out the window as I thought back to what my sister said to me last night? Was she right? Did I really need to move on from Mykell or was she just saying that. 5 minutes later we pulled up to a rest stop

Mom- you guys have 10 minutes then we're back on the road.
Us- ok
Me and Amariyah went inside the rest stop
Me- amariyah do you think I really need to move on from mykell
Amariyah- Mya I've told you too many times that you do.
Mya- but why tho
amariyah- I cant tell you what you can and can't do As your sister I can only try to lead you in the right direction but all imma say is you can't hold on to somebody that wants you to let them go. See what happened to mom and dad
She walked away.
My mom and dad were basically like me and Mykell they would always fight and argue but they would never break up until one day mom caught dad cheating on her with his co worker and she packed our stuff up and we left. We ain't see our dad ever since and I kind of miss him.
My thoughts were interrupted by my moms voice telling me to come on.
We got back in the car and she started driving.
