I yawn as I wake up, it's 11:30 am , the sweet smell of the summertime in California was the best thing ever! (:

Today was gonna be a good day for me, My bestfriend Alli was going to move in next door! Alli and I have been friends since birth and were really close so we tell each other everything, well maybe I didn't because I've never told her Ive had a crush on her older brother Cody.

I didn't want to say anything because I didn't know if he liked me back and I didn't want it to ruin our friendship...

I sighed at all of the stuff I had on my mind , but I shook it off and went out of my room and across the hall to my sister Lilly's room she was only a year older than me , she's 16.

She has a boyfriend named Caleb so she was probably on the phone with him like she always was that is if she was up yet .

I banged on her door and yelled ' WAKE UP!' Surprisingly she was already awake and dressed . she opened the door "Yes Sissy?" We have always been really close too we've never got mad at each other , were bestfriends like Alli and I.

'Will you make me some breakfast please? ' I say in a cute voice. "Sure come on!" I follow my sister down the huge staircase , we had a big house and were all alone while our mom was at work , she was practically at work 24/7 except on the weekends and our dad unfortunately passed when were toddlers. My sister made me eggs and bacon and gave it to me.

I looked at her outfit. So where are you going , looking all fancy? " oh nothing special just on a date with Caleb!" Ooooo siss you get it gurll , we both laughed.

I finished my food .

Well you have fun on your date! I'm gonna help Alli unpack her stuff today, I can't wait to see her!"

Oh please Siera I know , you just wanna go over there to see Cody!" She knew I had a crush on him but was nice enough not to say anything.

Oh shut up! I said back joking.

Lilly walked out of the door and I ran upstairs to get ready.

I took a quick shower and then got out and turned on some music, I put on a white vneck and some pink floral shorts with studs and some sparkly silver Vans.

I did my make up and was in the middle of curling my hair then i heard a knock on the door, I ran down stairs and opened the door not noticing that half of my hair was done and half wasn't.

It was Cody and Alli.

I grabbed Alli's hand and ran upstairs not letting anyone say anything. You ok? Alli says when we get to my room yeah I'm fine , just needed to finish my hair is all.

I finished up my hair and Cody walked into my room , are you girls ok up here? You ran away so fast! "We're fine "me and Alli said in harmony.

Alli are you ready to go get your stuff unpacked? I ask excitedly and nervous because of Cody.

Yeah let's go!
