The bullet hit me in the stomach, I stood there in shock, bleeding out. The bully stepped back and ran back downstairs. "Y/N-Chan!!" Kai screamed out, holding back tears. He cradled me in his arms, trying to stop the blood flow. My vision was getting blurry, tears streaming down my face. In my last few breaths I finally said "I'll miss you...Kai-Kun" The last thing I saw was Kai shaking me and crying..then everything went dark.
But then I jolted awake "Was it just a dream..." I whispered to myself. But then I realized I wasn't wearing my regular clothes, I was in a hospital gown and my wound was wrapped in bandages. Thankful that I was alive, I tried to get up, but I felt a sharp pain in my side. Realizing that getting up wasn't an option, I laid down, my mind warped in thoughts. How am I not dead? What happened to Kai-Kai..What happened to the bully
