About the Quirk
Quirk Type: Emitter
Abilities: The user can produce real, controllable chains from the palms of their hands. These chains are willingly controlled, but their abilities are restricted to wrapping themselves around a person or tying them up.
Appearance: Zero physical change.
Drawbacks: If these chains are cut apart while being produced from their user, it causes physical pain and harm to them. The chains will stop producing, and instead become an attachment to the body. These can be removed surgically before the quirk is able to be used again.
Other: Unlike Sero, the user holds not physical change. Instead, it's more like Yaoyorozu's quirk yet restricted to chain creations only. Which is why there isn't any physical change.
