About the Quirk
Quirk Type: Emitter
Abilities: The user can manipulate elements of choice with the mind. Elements may be placed or taken away. This quirk is beyond power itself. Elements may only be manipulated and used as long as they're in the user's line of sight.
Appearance: Zero physical changes to the user's appearance.
Drawbacks: Overusing the quirk can cause sorts of hallucinations and headaches. In result, will manipulate the mind and cause toxic outbursts of the quirk.
Other: Scientists don't know much about this quirk since it has more to do with the mind than the physical body, which is very unusual.
