Wei Wei's POV:
Many people were staring at me and I was confused. Wasn't this a dinner for just me and Butterfly?
Maybe I went to the wrong room?
Then, I saw Butterfly stand up and walk to me.
Wait..... If Butterfly is here, then I'm not in the wrong room. Why are there so many people here then?
"Wei Wei, you're finally here! You were late, so I was worried that you wouldn't come," Butterfly said.
I looked at the clock on the wall. Oh. I was late 5 minutes.
"Sorry," I told Butterfly as I proceeded to look at the people who were staring at me.
I stopped when I saw a familiar face. Wasn't that Zhen Shaoxiang's new girlfriend/ wife in the game? The one who won in the online beauty contest? What's she doing here?
Butterfly saw where I was looking. "Ah, everyone, this is Wei Wei. She is the famous Luwei Wei Wei in the game. Wei Wei, these are some of the players on the game, A Chinese Ghost Story."
I looked at Butterfly. "But, I thought that this was supposed to be a dinner for u-," I was cut off by Butterfly.
"Please, Wei Wei. I need your help. Just, please eat dinner with us," Butterfly whispered.
I sighed and nodded my head. I couldn't bring myself to reject Butterfly, no matter how embarrassing the situation would be. My ex-husband and his new wife will be here, just great. -.-
