We were all back in the dressing room and everyone was talking about me and Nicki's performance together. I was just on my phone on the couch scrolling through my Instagram feed.
There were a bunch of pictures of me and Nic onstage. I was enjoying the attention it was kinda fun. I felt somebody sit beside me
I looked up and smiled
Me: Hey Calvin
Calvin: Hey. You did amazing out there
Me:*rolls her eyes* I stopped in the middle of my verse and started crying like a bitch
Calvin: No you didn-- well...yeah you did
We both laughed
Calvin: But it's okay to cry sometimes you know
Not in my world
Me: Yeah ok
I just went on twitter and looked at my feed when I felt like someone e was raping me with their eyes. I looked up at everyone and saw them doing their own little thing so I turned my head to the side and saw Calvin's little eyes roaming to places they shouldn't be. I then realized I'm still in this short ass dress
Me: Ayo *whistles* Calvin *snaps her fingers in his face* I'm up here
He snapped out of it and started blushing like crazy.
Calvin: Huh?
I mocked him
Me: Huh?
He smiled that smile and it just made my heart race.
Nicki: Tami...Tamiiii
I snapped out of his trance. That always happens when he smiles at me I can't help it
Nicki: Can you go get my make up kit out of Ariana's dressing room I have to get ready to announce an award
Me: Sure mom
She smiled at me calling her mom
Wayne: Calvin go with her
I glared at him
Wayne: You ain't of the hook that easy matter of fact take your little friends with you
Me: The room isn't that far!
Wayne: Look at my face Tami....Do I give a damn?
I told my eyes at him
Me: Come on y'all
Me, Calvin, Roc, Chanel, Kelly, Princeton, Rayray, and Tyi all left the room and stated walking down the hall. Prince started messing with his afro. I giggled
Me: What are you doing?
Prince: I'm about to meet Ariana Grande fall back
Me: If you don't get yo blexican ass--
Kelly: Aye leave my baby alone
Me: You do understand yo baby Teena impress another girl right?
Kelly hit him in the arm and messed up his hair
Prince: Kelly what the hell!
The rest of us laughed except then obviously. We all broke up into conversations on our way to the dressing room. Calvin and I were in the front. Behind us were Tyi and Rayray. Behind them were Chanel and Roc. And you know the others
Calvin: Soooo
Me: Sooo?
Calvin: You think you're ready?
