Happy.
One simple
Little
word that we feel
But not always,
happy can be drowned
out by the noise of
hate
and
dislike
and
people who just want
to hurt others.
And they are successful.
Successful in inflicting
pain and damage
on their prey
We are defenseless
but only if we choose to be
If you break
through the words and knives
You can be spared from
All the negativity
And choose to be
happy
