"Mmmng- goooood morning, Derry!" Eddie watched as Richie stepped out into the sun and stretched. The light spread on his facial features, his pale skin, making him look like an angel in the glow honestly. His hair was usually REALLY dark it almost looked black, but now, the golden rays gave it the warm, brown tint it has. Holy shit... Eddie shook his head. He couldn't believe how... what's the word for it... thirsty he was. Ok, that might be a little strong word, but what else is he supposed to call it?! This isn't the first time he caught himself admiring him this much and he knew he shouldn't be doing that. It's wrong... right?  That's what literally everyone around him says... But...
He froze under the taller boy's gaze when he turned around to face him. He caught me staring... "Looks good on you, Eds~" He said with a charming smile, making Eddie frown and look away, cheeks burning. He knew EXACTLY what he was hinting at. "I still hate it. And don't call me that." Eddie adjusted the dark red beanie on his head, before following Richie and stepping outside. The cold winter air hit his skin, making him shiver. Damn it's cold.
"It's really nice today, right?" Beverly smiled and also stretched, tilting her head back towards the sun as if she was a lizard, trying to get in as much warmth as possible. Ben stared at her in amazement. I mean who could blame him... Her hair really does look like fire in the sun's glow. The poem is very fitting. "It's uuh... really cold gotta admit." He watched as the rest of the group stepped outside as well. "But it's sunny at least." She turned around and Ben immediately nodded in agreement. "Yea. That's good I guess." Stanley said while also looking up at the sky. Perhaps looking for any passing birds? That's what he always does anyway. Bill, standing beside him, smiled at the sight.
"So uuh. We should get all this stuff home, right?" Mike said. He looked so funny holding that giant sheep plushie. It was bigger than half of his body, he could easily hide behind the fluffy mass of plush. He had to stand kinda sideways to even see what was around him. "I-It would.. pro-probably be really in.. i-inconvenient to c... carry it around the who-whole time we hang out, yea" Bill agreed. "Alright, so... We go home, leave our stuff there and meet up at The Quarry as soon as possible?" Stanley summarized and looked around at the others. Everyone nodded. "In that case, see you all soon." And they all parted ways, leaving various footsteps of various sizes behind them in the white snow.

"Hey, Eddie. Coming with me?" Richie extended his arm towards Eddie's direction. Eddie was taken aback by that. I mean... He didn't have anything else to do of course, but... Spending some alone time with Rich... He suddenly got really nervous. It was that feeling you get when you're around your crush, when you're completely alone with them you get super nervous and awkward, usually say a lot of weird things... He didn't know if he'd be able to handle such level of embarrassment. With all the other losers it was all fine and dandy but Richie just offered him to walk home with him. ALONE. WITH RICHIE. IN HIS HOUSE. The stars were just too aligned. He can't let him know anything since even Eddie himself hasn't completely made his peace with the strange feelings he had towards this stupid four-eyed boy. If he went with him, he was sure he'd screw up somehow. He can't let that happen just yet. "Oh, I... No, I think I'm gonna go ahead." He smiled nervously. Sorry, Rich... He saw Richie was a little surprised by that, but he luckily didn't ask any questions and kept his charming smile. "Alright, well... see ya then! Don't freeze to death while I'm gone!" He waved and happily went in the direction of his house. Eddie rolled his eyes, waved back with a light smile, and watched as Richie disappeared out of his sight. After that, he sighed and took some time to calm his slightly shaky breath along with his nerves. This sucks... These stupid feelings he was trying to repress which only made them deeper... He didn't even know why he was trying to repress them. Afterall... The way Richie acted towards him... All the jokes but care at the same time... Something about that made him wonder that MAYBE. Maybe he could feel the same. ... But at the same time, he was so afraid he was wrong.
