"You saved me when I was highly capable of saving myself! I'm no damsel in distress! And you embarrassed me in front of all the people in the store! " she shouted.
"So, you were highly capable of saving yourself. Sure... " I said.
She kicked me.
"I hate you Kouta Noroi! I'm gonna make your life miserable from now on!" she said and stomped off.
I picked up the bag of chips on the ground and opened them, taking a couple of bites.
Well, you win some. You lose some.
Guess it's just not my lucky day.
