The figure reveals its self... it was...

Maki ran up to give a big hug to Kaito. With Kaito confused, he hugged her back.
Kaito: Hey Maki-roll! It's been a while!
Maki: *sobs* I-I thought... you were dead...
Kaito: Yeah.... about that. During my execution, I thought I was dead, but I woke up here. I'm not sure how did that happened.
Maki: I see...
Kaede: Well Kaito, I'm glad you are alive! Right now, we need to escape this town and get to safety!
Kaito: This rocket will help out! Feel free to use it!
Maki: Thank you so much Kaito!!
Kaito: But... in order to use the rocket.
You'll need to fight someone to get it.
