"I'll leave you here to think about everything" Dream nodded and once he left he put his face in his hands how am I supposed to tell George..and my mother.. he thought. he decided that he would sleep on it.
The next morning he saw George by his bed, Dream yawned "hey George" "oh, you're awake, I brought you breakfast" he said with a smile, George handed him a McDonald's bag "thanks.." "you're welcome..do you know when you're gonna get out of here and come back home?" Dream stopped everything and went silent. "George...we gotta talk.." "ok?" George moved closer "I won't be going home.." "what?" "Yeah...not for another year at least.." "why?" "Because what I did wasn't right, and I need to stay here unless I wanna go to a mental hospital..I'll have a therapist here and everything" "I won't be able to cuddle you..or..get fucked by you" "George..I know, but you can still visit me and stay after hours" "what about getting fucked by you?" "George, you'll have to wait a little, once we get 3 months in they won't have doctors check on me constantly and we can do something, ok?" "Okok..does your mom know?" "No George of course she doesn't know! I found out last night and woke up and you were here, so no George, she doesn't know!" "Chill...it was just a question..." Dream realized he had been raising his voice a little bit and felt horrible "hey, no, I'm sorry George..I didn't realize...I- I just have a lot going on right now, and I just wanna talk to you and only you. My mother can wait" he said while rubbing George's cheek "ok"
They kept talking until Niki, Wilbur, Tommy, tubbo and sapnap came in, Niki pushed passed George and went to Dream "OH MY GOD! ARE YOU OKAY?! WHAT HAPPENED, OH MY GOD WILL WHY WOULD TELL ME THIS MORNING!" "Niki, I'm fine, Wilbur found out this morning too, I didn't even know you guys knew" "oh thank god, I was worried if you couldn't tell" "oh, I could tell" he said with a smile "are you okay Dream?" Tubbo asked, Dream smiled "tubbo, I'm fine, I'm always fine" "what happened?" Tommy asked, him tubbo and Niki were the only ones who didn't know what happened "...." Dream kept silent looking down "Dream?" Niki said "guys, could I talk to you outside?" George asked they nodded and followed. Wilbur and Sapnap talked to Dream "hey, you feeling okay?" Sap asked "yeah, I just feel like.." "feel like what?" Wilbur asked "like maybe if I slept with Jay..I wouldn't have done this.." "but, you love George, right?" Sapnap asked "yeah, obviously, but sleeping with him would've made me forget about it in the moment.." "but you would've thought about it again, does alcohol not work for you anymore?" Wilbur asked "no, it worked but then stopped..and I would love to go to drugs but..I don't wanna hurt George anymore than I already have" George and them walked back into the room "oh dream.." Niki said as she hugged him, "we love you dream.." tubbo said while hugging him... "you're like my big brother.." Tommy said while hugging him "guys..I love you too, it was my fault I shouldn't have listened to my emotions"
They were all having fun when the doctor came in "Dream- oh, I see you have company, I'll come back in a little" he said as he was walking out "no, it's fine, guys, can you go wait outside please" they nodded and went outside and closed the door. "What do you think they're talking about?" Tubbo asked, "probably about how long dream needs to stay here" George said "how long does he need to stay here?" Tommy asked "a year at least" they all looked shocked "a year?!" They all said synchronized "yeah, or else they'll send him to a mental hospital" "ok" they all said. They saw Dreams frown form into a smile and him and the doctor hugged. "You can go back in now" they all walked in and Dream hopped out of bed and hugged Sapnap "I'm free! I don't have to stay here anymore!" "Dream! That's great!" Sapnap hugged back, George looked at Dream shouldn't he be hugging me? He thought, all of a sudden Dream looked at him, "oh George.." he hugged George "I love you.." "I love you too..get dressed we'll go wait" he said with a smile. They all walked out, Dream went in the bathroom and put on a white button up with black jeans and a black jacket, he walked out and signed himself out of the hospital and walked outside and saw everyone waiting for him.
They drove to dreams house and got out of the car "what do you guys wanna do?" Dream asked, they all looked at eachother and screamed "SLEEPOVER"
They walked in the house and decided it wasn't the best idea to go to dreams room, since it might cause a little ptsd for both of them. So they just went to one of the guest bedrooms, "what do you guys wanna do now?" "We could play truth or dare?" Sapnap said they all nodded in agreement. "Dream, truth or dare?" George asked "uhm, truth!" "Okok, what's one thing you never wanted me to know?" Dream automatically grew an intense blush on his face "uhm..could I tell you in private?" "Nope, right here" he said with a smirk, all of a sudden Dream runs out of the room and goes into his bedroom, slams the door, and locks it, they all looked at George who was also very confused. "Maybe it's personal George, maybe it's to personal to talk about in-front of people" Wilbur said, George frowned, he left the room in a hurry, "I'll be back guys"
He tried to open the door, but it was locked "Dream? Listen...I'm sorry..if it's that personal you don't have to share it.." no answer, he put his back to the door and slid down, he could hear faint whimpering from behind the door and stuff being knocked over, George got to his feet and started banging on the door, the memories were coming back "DREAM, OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW!!" And he did. George saw a tall man who's face was covered in tears "oh dream...you can tell me..what is it?" "W-when we were little..like when you moved..I remember.." he cut himself off "dream? What do you remember" "it's not important." "Yes, it is" "fine..I-I remember.."
