chapter 1: the beginning

The year is 2050 and mafia's are becoming big and well scary. Hi my name is Solaire Maire. I am 14 and I live on a farm just outside the city limits. It's nice out here, very quiet and peaceful. I love it. I have this tree that I would sit under and read sometimes when I am not helping pa on the farm. It is a breeze and sunny day. I am currently sitting under my favorite tree reading a book that pa bought. It's so good. I was home by myself ma and pa had to run into town and i didn't wanna go, i hear a car pull up "ma and pa are home" i thought to myself i got up and ran to the front of house to see if they need help but i didn't see ma and pa i only seen a group of guys dressed in very expensive suits they were all mean looking " Hi who are you and what are you doing on my property" i asked the man in front of the group "where are you parents'' he asked his voices is deep and quiet scary if you ask me " why, why do you wanna know" i asked with had on my hands crossed over my chest giving this men my best mean mug he just chuckled looked me up and down but turned when ma and pa got the truck " A-a-adoins what can we help you with" ma asked with a smile " shall we take this inside? Yeah?" pa asked making his way toward me since i was standing in the doorway. I moved allowed them and went in the back room because pa asked me to saying "it grown up stuff nothing you need to worry your pretty little head about" i hated that because normally he would allow me to stay but i listened and went to the back room and watched a horror movie it was good and scary i might her nightmare but oh well " esme can you come here please" mama shouted from the front room " yeah give me a second'' i shouted back and begin to clean up my mess that i made once i was done i went back to the front room the men were still here with the same expression like geez smile a little, it won't kill you. '' baby we have some news to share with you" ma said with a gently tone i just nodded my head letting her know that she can continue "this nice men and his family is going to be living with us for some time" ma said with a look i couldn't really decipher " ummm i guess" i respond back with a confused look "where will they be sleeping" i asked ma and pa " they will be on your floor since you have the biggest floor" "okay" and i left to clean the rooms up and make them up so it will be nice and ready for them.
