Melinda May and Andrew garner were in love. They were married and had always wanted a family. Things between them were good until they got even better Melinda had found out she was pregnant.
The family of two soon to be three were ecstatic, overjoyed at the news.
After a long nine months of no S.H.E.I.L.D. Work and the bumps of pregnancy the family were there in the room holding there brand new bundle of joy
A beautiful baby girl wrapped in a white blanket sat before them and they couldn't believe their luck.
They named her Nova Li May a beautiful name for a beautiful baby.
Things were going well Melinda and Andrew were adjusting well the parenthood it was after all what they had always wanted.
Then there was that fateful morning. Melinda was back at work and their baby girl was just about to turn one she left for work giving her husband a kiss and her daughter too.
The mission took place in Bahrain and there was a hostage situation. Considering Melinda thought of her child back home and her family she knew this child had to survive.
She went in alone and took out the enemy force finding out the mother was evil so Melinda did what she had too.
Until the kid stepped out and Melinda also realised the kid was at fault for this while situation so she followed the sheild rules of 'if you can't contain them or talk then down then you put them down"
So Melinda did just that shooting the child in the head and watched in horror as the child fell into her arms.
Melinda was different after that she was no longer the bubbly person everyone knew and was distant from her husband.
The only thing that kept Melinda sane was her daughter and Melinda knew even though what she did was bad she still saved millions including her daughter.
Melinda would spend all her time with her baby and less with Andrew until one night they were sleeping a woman and man teleported into the house and walked into the room of the sleeping baby
"Are you sure this is the right thing to do Jiaying?" The man asked
"Yes Gordon this child is an inhuman and look what her mother did to that child, this baby will be safer away from her hands and with her own kind. A place she can be safe and not have to worry about her mother putting a bullet in her head"
"Okay then let's leave before they awaken" Gordon said as the woman left nothing but the baby blanket.
That morning Melinda Awoke late she wondered why her daughter Nova hadn't already been awake she usually was.
Melinda walked into the nursery that was decorated in a beautiful way and screamed of horror when she saw the empty crip all that lied inside was the folded up white baby blanket.
Melinda was heart broken and would not take comfort from anyone she was even more broken that before her way of staying sane had gone into nothingness
Melinda knew she had to find her baby if it was the last thing she did so she divorced Andrew and moved from Field duty to administration.
Now to the present day Melinda is still looking for the light of her life and the thing that made her happiest. She is still looking and she won't stop
Jiaying and Gordon took the child to afterlife and her and cal looked after her as there own until the fateful accident that left an entire village dead.
Jiayings baby being taken to sheild and the older baby being taken by hydra for experiments.
Years later she escapes and finds afterlife and stays there not knowing where she came from or who's out there looking for her......
