Kai: Ugh,when are they gonna get here!

Kairi says pacing around the room.

Me: I have no idea...

I say flipping threw a magazine.

Kairi: Shouldn't you be a little worried?

Me: why would I? 

Kairi: Maybe someone could've noticed her and maybe called the cops.

Me: Hardly doubt it.

Kairi: Why is it that me and Alejandro are more worried about getting caught from a plan we didn't agree on,then you...the person who forced us to kidnapped her.

Me: Because you guys are over thinking it.

Kairi: No,it's because your pride is taking over you...

Kairi: yes it is.You think you will never get caught just cause your a billionaire.

I slowly get up and walk towards him.

Me: Don't forget who your talking to Kairi...

Kairi: EXACTLY! Its like ever since you took your dads place...its like your a whole different person... You know I was your friend before you were my boss.

The door then swings open revealing Alejandro and Marie.

Kairi: finally.

Alejandro: What's going on here....

Kairi: Absolutely nothing.

He says before storming off.

Alejandro: What was that all about?

Mattia: Nothing...

Mattia: Did the doctors give her any prescriptions? 

Alejandro: Nope,they said she's all clear and the poison is fully out of her system.

Mattia: Great.

Alejandro: You hungry Marie? Thirsty?

Me: You know I'm actually really tired,so I think I'm just gonna go to sleep...

Alejandro: Oh ok...whatever you want.

Mattia: If you need anything,just call me of the boys.

I nodded before making my way up the stairs and into the room.

Later that night...

It was late at night.Some were asleep and some were just laying on their bed,just thinking.

He knew he had to make things right with her...He cant have his hostage soon to be wife hate him. He quietly got out of bed and walked down the halls and into her room.

Mattia: Marie...wake up.

He whispers,shaking her a bit.

She girl slowly opened her eyes.

Marie: w-what?

She whispered in exhaustion,barley awake.

Mattia: Come with me.

Marie: Hell no!

She whispered.

Mattia: please...im not gonna hurt you,I just wanna show you something...

The girl was hesitant at first.

Marie: fine.

The girl got out of bed and they both walked down the halls,and somewhere into the house.

They stopped in front of a giant wooden door that was near his office.

Marie: What's this?

Mattia: this was my mothers library... Before she left.

He opened the door revealing thousands of books on shelves,and Scattered around the room.

Marie: Wow...

She slowly walked in.

Mattia: these were all my mothers...she really loved books...

The girl examined the books.

Marie: Wait- ...why did you bring me here?

She knew it probably wasn't good.

Mattia: well....I know how much you love books and...I want to make a peace offering...This all belongs to you.

She just stood their not knowing to say.

Marie: i-i couldn't- 

Mattia: Well you are...this room and anything in it belongs to you.

He says with a smile.

Mattia: you can repaint it,You can get new flooring,you can get more books,anything you want.

The girl thought for a minute.

Then she realized...

Marie: Your doing all of this so I can marry you...huh?

Mattia: what?

Marie: I know your plan...you needed a girl to marry to prove to your father that you can keep a girl,But so happenendly i was "The lucky girl" and now your trying to brainwash me on thinking your a good person but your nothing then a-then a- big fucking asshole!

Mattia: Marie...that's not the reason I kidnapped you-

Marie: WELL WHATS THE REASON THEN!

Mattia: look,I can't give you a specific reason...yet...but please...just take this peace offering...
